Bangor earned their first league win of the season with a stunning 1-0 victory away at reigning Genero Adran North champions Llandudno on Sunday. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The decisive moment at the Go Goodwins Stadium came with just nine minutes left on the clock when Llandudno goalkeeper Beca Davies tipped a shot from distance onto the crossbar, but the ball fell kindly for Ashleigh Jones to scramble over the line. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bangor are now six points clear of the relegation zone, while Llandudno are winless in three league matches and slipping away from title contention. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads are now 10 points clear at the top of table following a convincing 3-0 derby victory over Flint Town United at the Essity Stadium. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nomads broke the deadlock just after the half hour mark when captain Polly Wild-McGregor tucked away the rebound after her initial effort was saved, before she doubled her tally seven minutes later as she raced onto Ella Jones\u2019 defence-splitting pass and slotted past the outrushing Rebecca Bott for her ninth goal in five league matches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Things got even better for Jordan Parry\u2019s side two minutes into the second half as Phoebe Ellis added her name to the scoresheet with a simple close-range finish from Jones\u2019 low ball across the face of goal. Flint the chance to reduce the deficit soon after as they were awarded a penalty, but Shona Roberts missed from the spot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is now eight wins from eight league games this season for the Nomads, who host Llandudno next. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rhyl 1879 moved six points clear of the relegation zone with a 4-0 home win over bottom-of-the-table NFA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first half ended goalless at Belle Vue, but there was a key turning five minutes after the restart as NFA defender Kayla Hargreaves was shown a straight red card. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laura Williams found the breakthrough for Rhyl from the penalty spot five minutes later, before a quickfire Rosie O\u2019Brien brace put the Lilywhites firmly in control. Eleanor Thomas came off the bench late on and scored a penalty of her own to secure Rhyl\u2019s biggest ever win in the Genero Adran North. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penybont earned a third consecutive win in the Genero Adran South as they triumphed 3-1 away at Cascade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bont captain Maddie Priday bagged her first league goal of the season just after the half hour mark to put the visitors ahead at half-time, before Mikaela Hood also opened her account in the Genero Adran South to double the advantage four minutes into the second half. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erin Parry gave Cascade a lifeline with her strike in the 87th<\/sup> minute, but Bont teenage forward Casey Daniels almost immediately restored her side\u2019s two-goal cushion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Victory for Bont sees them remain in fifth in the table, but they are now level on 12 points with Cascade, Swansea University and Pontypridd United, while being just three points behind league leaders Cwmbran Celtic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
