Phase Two in the Genero Adran Premier begins on Sunday, while the business end of the season is firmly upon us in the second tier. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran Premier \u2013 Briton Ferry Llansawel v Cardiff City (Sunday, 12:30pm)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase Two in the Genero Adran Premier kicks off with a meeting between the top two as Briton Ferry Llansawel host Cardiff City, live on Sgorio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bluebirds currently sit five points clear at the top of the table, having concluded Phase One with a 2-0 win over Aberystwyth Town on Wednesday night \u2013 their fifth consecutive victory in all competitions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ferry have emerged as City\u2019s closest challengers to the title despite this being their first season back in the top-flight. After back-to-back draws in the league against The New Saints and Swansea City \u2013 and a penalty shootout defeat to TNS in the Bute Energy Welsh Cup \u2013 the Reds returned to winning ways with a 3-1 win over Barry Town United on Thursday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eliza Collie scored a 93rd<\/sup>-minute equaliser as the two sides drew 2-2 in their first meeting this season in October, before Ferry stunned the champions at Old Road in December as Lucy Powell\u2019s second-half brace secured a 3-1 victory.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran Premier \u2013 Cardiff Met v Aberystwyth Town (Sunday, 2pm)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is also a crucial clash at the bottom of the Genero Adran Premier on Sunday, as Cardiff Met host Aberystwyth Town. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Met are currently bottom of the table, having gone winless throughout Phase One which ended with a 5-0 defeat to The New Saints. The Archers have just two points to their name, but did hold Wrexham to a goalless stalemate in their last home game. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aber are three points better off, with their only Phase One win coming against Met in January as Jess Baker\u2019s early goal saw them triumph 1-0 at Park Avenue. However, the Seasiders have since lost their last five matches in all competitions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aber\u2019s January win over Met followed a 0-0 draw between the two sides in October. The Archers haven\u2019t beaten Aber in over two years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran North \u2013 Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads v Rhyl 1879 (Sunday, 2pm)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads could only be a few days away from securing the Genero Adran North title if results go their way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jordan Parry\u2019s side have won all nine of their league games so far this season, most recently a 7-1 win over reigning champions Llandudno. They are five points ahead of second-place Llanfair United \u2013 who have played a game more \u2013 but if the Powys side drop points against Llandudno on Sunday, then the Nomads will be champions if they beat Rhyl 1879 and then Bangor on Tuesday night. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rhyl are currently seventh in the table with just two league wins to their name this season, but are six points above bottom-of-the-table NFA. The Lilywhites have not played in four weeks since a narrow 1-0 defeat away at Llanfair. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ella Jones starred on her Nomads debut in the reverse fixture in November, as she grabbed a goal and two assists in a dominant 4-0 win for the league leaders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran South \u2013 Llanelli Town v Caldicot Town (Sunday, 2pm)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Genero Adran South\u2019s bottom two meet on Sunday as Llanelli Town host Caldicot Town, a key opportunity for both sides to pick up some much-needed points. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Reds are currently bottom of the standings with just one point from nine games, having earned an impressive 1-1 draw away at Cwmbran Celtic three weeks ago. However, they were heavily beaten 5-1 by Penybont last weekend.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caldicot are two points better off than Llanelli, having played one game less, but have lost their last six league matches \u2013 most recently a 5-1 defeat to Swansea University last weekend despite taking an early lead. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kellan Webb\u2019s side\u2019s only league win this season came against Llanelli in November as Rianne Jones and Annabel Carr scored in a 2-0 victory, while they were 2-1 winners when the two sides met in the Genero Adran Trophy group stage.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
