Cardiff City will clinch a third consecutive Genero Adran Premier title if they win at home against The New Saints on Sunday afternoon. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has not been a straightforward season for the Bluebirds after plenty of personnel change last summer, but they have opened up a seven-point lead at the top of the table with three matches remaining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iain Darbyshire\u2019s side staged a remarkable late comeback away at TNS last weekend, when they trailed 2-0 after 86 minutes but turned the game around to win 3-2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Saints, who beat the Bluebirds in this season\u2019s Genero Adran Trophy quarter-finals, have slipped away from the title race in recent weeks and are still looking for their first point of Phase Two. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cardiff will also be crowned champions if they draw and Briton Ferry fail to beat Wrexham, or even if both sides lose their respective fixtures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ferry are heading to the ST\u014dK Cae Ras for their meeting with the Red Dragons, after the teams shared the points in a 2-2 draw at Old Road last weekend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is Wrexham\u2019s second appearance at the historic stadium this season following a 3-2 defeat to Swansea City in September, but Steve Dale\u2019s side head into this weekend unbeaten in their last nine matches in all competitions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ferry are now the only team who are capable of stopping Cardiff from lifting the title, so Rhys James\u2019 side will hope that the Bluebirds slip up on Sunday and against Wrexham next weekend before the Reds head to the Cardiff City Stadium on the final day of the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the bottom half, Cardiff Met will be relegated from the Genero Adran Premier if they fail to beat Aberystwyth at Park Avenue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Archers are yet to win a game in any competition this season, picking up just two points in the league. Jonathan Nash\u2019s side did lead against Aber at Cyncoed at the start of Phase Two, but ultimately fell to a 2-1 defeat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seasiders followed up that win with victory away at Barry Town United to further boost their survival chances, before a 2-0 home defeat to the Linnets last weekend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, Swansea City will confirm themselves as Plate Conference winners if they win or draw against Barry Town United at Jenner Park. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It may not have been the accolade that the Swans were looking for this season, having slipped into the bottom half for the first time in their history, but back-to-back wins over Cardiff Met this month have at least boosted confidence in the squad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barry earned their first win in over two months as they triumphed 2-0 away at Aberystwyth last weekend, confirming that they will achieve their highest ever finish and points total in the Genero Adran Premier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All three previous games between the two sides this season have finished level, with goalless stalemates in Swansea coming either side of 2-2 draw at Jenner Park when Ellie Gunney scored a 93rd<\/sup>-minute equaliser for Barry. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
