The 20-year-old has been a key creator for Pontypridd too, contributing six assists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Polly Wild-McGregor \u2013 Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wild-McGregor may only be 19 years old, but she has captained the Nomads to the title expertly and led by example with 21 goals in just 12 league games this season. We\u2019ve had a really hard season on and off the pitch, but to get promoted would mean so much.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEveryone in this team really wants it, and we want to prove people wrong from last season who said we weren\u2019t going to have a good season and that we wouldn\u2019t bounce back.
