The 2025 FAW National League Awards in association with Morgans Consult<\/a> took place in Cardiff on Saturday night, with players and managers recognised across the Genero Adran Leagues. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Find out the winners below, decided by a public vote combined with an independent panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran Premier Player of the Season – Shannon Evans (Cardiff City)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having rejoined Cardiff City at the start of the season, Shannon Evans has been a key cog in the Bluebirds\u2019 march towards a third successive Adran Premier title. Her tough tackling, coupled with her dominance in the air, have made her one of the most feared defenders in the league.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran Premier Manager of the Season – Rhys James (Briton Ferry Llansawel)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In what was Rhys James’ final season at Briton Ferry, he steered the Reds to a top two finish in their debut Genero Adran Premier season and defeated heavyweights Cardiff City, Swansea City and Wrexham in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran Premier Young Player of the Season – Fiona Barry (Cardiff City)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has certainly been a debut season to remember at Cardiff City for Fiona Barry. The 18-year-old signed from Bridgwater United last summer and played in every league game for the Bluebirds, scoring nine goals to build a reputation for being one of the league\u2019s calmest customers in the final third.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran North Player of the Season – Polly Wild-McGregor (Connah’s Quay Nomads)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Polly Wild-McGregor was named Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads captain at the start of the season and she has certainly led from the front. Scoring 21 goals from midfield, the Nomads skipper has made it a season to remember.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran North Manager of the Season – Jordan Parry (Connah’s Quay Nomads)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite being defeated in the promotion play-off, Jordan Parry has still overseen a remarkable season for the Nomads. His side won all 14 of their league games, scoring 67 and conceding just six in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran North Young Player of the Season – Polly Wild-McGregor (Connah’s Quay Nomads)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is easy to forget that Polly Wild-McGregor is still just 19 years old when you watch her play, but the Connah’s Quay Nomads skipper has led by example despite her tender years. In a team full of young talent, the midfielder has shone and claimed the Genero Adran North golden boot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran South Player of the Season – Erin Parry (Cascade)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cascade have had another great season in the second tier, and Erin Parry has played a crucial part in it. The midfielder has four goals to her name, but more than that, she has really become one of the best box-to-box players in the league.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran South Manager of the Season – Claire O’Sullivan (Pontypridd United)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Claire O\u2019Sullivan has masterminded a brilliant season at Pontypridd to ensure the club bounced straight back to the Genero Adran Premier. With plenty of players departing after relegation last year, O’Sullivan built a young and hungry squad that won nine of their 12 league games before mounting a stunning comeback to triumph in the play-off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran South Young Player of the Season – Nicole Fenton (Pontypridd United)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has been quite the season for Nicole Fenton at Pontypridd United. With eleven goals and six assists, the 20-year-old had the most goal involvements in the Genero Adran South, before also finding the net in the promotion play-off against Connah’s Quay Nomads<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Special Recognition Award – Cheryl Foster <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier this year, Foster brought the curtain down on a playing and refereeing career that broke down boundaries and made history in both the Welsh domestic game and on the international stage. Now overseeing refereeing pathways with the English FA, Foster’s achievements were celebrated with this award. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
