the eight matches.

Group 1

Michaela Major scored a late equaliser as newly-promoted Taffs Well began the group stage with a 2-2 draw against Cwmbran Celtic at Rhiw Dda’r.

The contest was level at the break after Lauren Boyd’s opener for Celtic was cancelled out by Rianne Jones’ strike on 33 minutes.

Boyd put Celtic back in front early in the second half, and her goal looked set to earn the visitors all three points until Major – making her debut for the Wellwomen as a substitute – salvaged a draw in the 89th minute.

Cascade sit top of Group 1 after matchday one, thanks to their 2-0 home win over Penybont earned by two late goals.

A tightly-contested affair in Ystrad Mynach remained goalless until the 79th minute when Chrystalla Moreton finally broke the deadlock for Cascade, before Olivia Townsend sealed victory in stoppage time.

Group 2

Five-time Genero Adran Trophy winners Cardiff Met kicked off the group stage with a 2-0 home win over Llanelli Town.

Met took the lead eight minutes into the second half as Celyn Garton scored her first ever goal for the club, while Anna Houghton doubled the advantage on 67 minutes as the Archers secured a first competitive home win since April 2024.

Pure Swansea were also victorious in Group 2 as Isabel O’Sullivan’s strike proved enough to beat newly-promoted Carmarthen Town 1-0 at Swansea Bay Sports Park.

The decisive goal arrived with just 14 minutes on the clock, as Charley Haynes set up 17-year-old O’Sullivan to score her first senior goal.

Group 3

Genero 67th minute as captain Polly Wild-McGregor received a threaded pass from Ella Jones and calmly slotted beyond Sarah Parkes.

Llandudno also made a winning start to Group 3 with a 2-1 triumph against Felinheli at Cae Seilo.

The Seasiders went into the break ahead as 16-year-old Olivia Rigby marked her first start in the competition with a 31st-minute goal.

Felinheli stalwart Katie Midwinter equalised for her side shortly before the hour mark, but the hosts were level for just six minutes as Jasmin Dutton restored Llandudno’s advantage and ultimately earned the Seasiders all three points.

Group 4

Debutant Rebecca Eagles scored a stoppage time winner as Flint Town United triumphed 3-2 at home against Llanfair United.

Eagles had opened the scoring inside the first six minutes of the contest, but Llanfair went into the break level as Sioned Roberts marked her own debut with a goal.

Teenager Rosie Hughes restored Flint’s lead four minutes into the second half, only for a depleted Llanfair team to hit back once again through Sophie Cook in the 79th minute.

However, the visitors would suffer late heartbreak at the Essity Stadium as Eagles popped up in the second minute of stoppage time to complete her brace and snatch a dramatic win.

Menna Evans marked the start of her sixth season at Bangor with the winning goal in a 1-0 victory at home against wildcard entrant Llangefni Town.

Evans produced a moment of magic to put Bangor ahead in the 18th minute as she sent a smart lob over Katie Spruce from outside the area.

Llangefni came agonisingly close to an instant equaliser after rattling the crossbar, while a number of key saves from Catrin Roberts ensured Bangor secured victory and their first clean sheet on home soil in almost a year.

Genero Adran Trophy weekend results in
