Taffs Well twice trailed against Cwmbran Celtic in their first group game, but fought back to draw 2-2 \u2013 Michael Major scoring an 89<sup>th<\/sup>-minute equaliser.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penybont and Cwmbran Celtic meet at the DragonBet Stadium in Group 1\u2019s other fixture this weekend.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both teams qualified for the knockout stage last season, but defeat for either side Sunday would make progression this time around seem unlikely.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was a thrilling contest when the two clubs met in the group stage last season as Bont claimed a 3-2 away win. Celtic won the first Genero Adran South meeting 2-0, but Bont prevailed in the reverse fixture.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Group 2<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>After Cardiff Met and Pure Swansea were victorious on Matchday 1, wins for both sides again on Sunday would see them each secure a knockout stage spot before they play each other in their final group game.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cardiff Met triumphed 2-0 at home over Llanelli Town in their opener but now make the long trip west to newly-promoted Carmarthen Town.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Old Gold were beaten 1-0 away at Pure Swansea last weekend, with Chris Church\u2019s side now travelling to Llanelli.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Swans won both Genero Adran South meetings against the Reds last season, with a 6-2 victory and a narrow 1-0 win thanks to Jess Goucher\u2019s strike.&nbsp;They also met in the Genero Adran Trophy group stage and drew 1-1.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Group 3<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Llandudno and Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads meet at the Go Goodwins Stadium after both sides claimed victories on Matchday One.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seasiders earned a hard-fought 2-1 win away at Felinheli, while the Nomads edged past newly-promoted Berriew 1-0 thanks to captain Polly Wild-McGregor\u2019s second half strike.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nomads won 2-1 in last season\u2019s group stage, which was the first of five meetings between the two sides in league and cup competitions. Jordan Parry\u2019s side also earned 5-2 and 7-1 victories on their way to lifting the Genero Adran North.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berriew and Felinheli will now both be looking to get off the mark when they meet at the Hayden Williams Recreation Field.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both sides were narrowly beaten in their opening matches, but victory for either team would keep their knockout hopes alive heading into the final group fixture.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Group 4<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Bangor and Flint Town United both made winning starts to Group 4, so another victory for either side would book their place in the knockout stage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menna Evans\u2019 stunning strike gave Bangor a 1-0 win over Llangefni Town last weekend, while Rebecca Eagles starred on her Flint debut as her brace, which included a late winner, earned a 3-2 victory at home against Llanfair United.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both sides played out a goalless draw on the opening day of the Genero Adran North last season, but Rosie Hughes\u2019 double inspired the Silkwomen to a 3-0 triumph in the reverse fixture.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wildcard entrants Llangefni have plenty of positives to build on despite their defeat at Bangor.
