Other new arrivals Megan Galeandro and Libby Mackenzie \u2013 a promotion winner with Wrexham in 2023 \u2013 are solid additions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/dogirq7bi39sv.cloudfront.net\/2025-03-09-Connahs-Quay-Nomads-Women-vs-NFA-FC-Women-68-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11804\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dogirq7bi39sv.cloudfront.net\/2025-03-09-Connahs-Quay-Nomads-Women-vs-NFA-FC-Women-68-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/dogirq7bi39sv.cloudfront.net\/2025-03-09-Connahs-Quay-Nomads-Women-vs-NFA-FC-Women-68-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dogirq7bi39sv.cloudfront.net\/2025-03-09-Connahs-Quay-Nomads-Women-vs-NFA-FC-Women-68-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/dogirq7bi39sv.cloudfront.net\/2025-03-09-Connahs-Quay-Nomads-Women-vs-NFA-FC-Women-68.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Connah&#8217;s Quay Nomads were crowned Genero Adran North champions last season<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Llanfair United&nbsp;<\/strong>emerged as the closest challengers to the Nomads last season, as they won 10 of their 14 matches to finish in second place under the guidance of player-manager Lucie Gwilt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Harriet Davies remains the key threat at Mount Field after scoring 14 goals in the Genero Adran North last season \u2013 only Polly Wild-McGregor found the net on more occasions in the division.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paris Schofield\u2019s return after her brief stint at Connah\u2019s Quay is a significant boost. The 20-year-old makes Llanfair tick in midfield and was nominated for the Genero Adran North Young Player of the Season award in 2024\/25.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If history is anything to go by,&nbsp;<strong>Llandudno<\/strong>&nbsp;will be title contenders this year \u2013 the Seasiders have lifted the trophy every other year (2022 and 2024) since the Genero Adran North\u2019s formation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was a disappointing campaign for Llandudno last term as they finished fourth, but they have won their opening two Genero Adran Trophy group matches in 2025\/26 \u2013 including a statement victory over Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" established players in the Genero Adran North and will be crucial to Llandudno\u2019s ambitions again, while new arrivals Seren Cashen, Hannah Owen and Jessica Mills have all impressed so far.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Felinheli&nbsp;<\/strong>have finished third in each of the last two Genero Adran North campaigns, so will hope for another strong season this time around.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fflur Williams was top scorer last season but has not played a part in Felinheli\u2019s opening two Genero Adran Trophy fixtures, while 38-year-old Jenna Tugwell-Allsup continues to play a crucial role in midfield.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The experience of the likes of Tugwell-Allsup and Jordanne Greenough is complemented by the youthful of promise of teenagers Rubie Davies, Sara Baines and Elsi Williams who are quickly becoming important parts of the side.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Flint Town United&nbsp;<\/strong>held their own in their debut Genero Adran North campaign in 2024\/25 as they finished fifth, but will now have ambitions of climbing the table \u2013 particularly after winning their opening two Genero Adran Trophy group matches to reach the knockouts with a game to spare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div maintained his well-gelled squad, which includes last season\u2019s top scorer Zoe Stopford, exciting young midfielder Rosie Hughes and full-back Taylia Chaloner who was included in the 2024\/25 Genero Adran North Team of the Season.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rebecca Eagles has arrived from Rhyl 1879 and already scored twice in the Genero Adran Trophy to help defeat Llanfair United, while Shannon Hobbs brings plenty of experience in the division following six years at Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2024\/25 was a challenging campaign for&nbsp;<strong>Bangor<\/strong>&nbsp;as they finished seventh and won just two league matches \u2013 but one of those victories did impressively come against then-reigning champions Llandudno.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There have been plenty of new arrivals over the summer, including Ffion Thomas \u2013 who impressed for third tier Llangefni Town at the back end of last season \u2013 and 16-year-old Holly Owen-Roberts who has been capped by Cymru at Under-16 level.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menna Evans, the Genero Adran North Young Player of the Season in 2023\/24, is still only 19 years old and offers plenty of excitement, while captain Ffion Bee leads by example in defence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" tier<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Berriew<\/strong>&nbsp;are this season\u2019s newly-promoted side after winning the North East Wales Women\u2019s Football League East title in 2024\/25.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regina Hanratty\u2019s side won 11 of their 12 league matches on the way to lifting the trophy, scoring 60 goals.
