earned their first ever Genero Adran South victory as Rianne Jones’ double proved decisive in a 2-1 win away at Cascade.

Jones got the Wellwomen off to a flying start as she found the net with just six minutes on the clock, before she completed her brace on 72 minutes to double the advantage.

Chrystalla Moreton halved the deficit for Cascade with two minutes of normal time remaining, but the hosts were unable to find a late equaliser as they fell to back to back league defeats for the first time since last November.

Pure Swansea made it two wins from two league games this season as Hannah Duffy’s stoppage time goal earned a 2-1 home victory over Carmarthen Town.

Flavia Jenkins scored for the second consecutive game to put Carmarthen ahead on 27 minutes, a lead which they held until the 76th minute when Charley their first two matches after they stormed to a 5-2 victory away at Penybont.

Met took just two minutes to break the deadlock as Molly Chapman scored for the second game in a row,
