Genero Adran Premier leaders Cardiff City earned their biggest league win for over two and a half years as they triumphed 7-1 away at Pontypridd United. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bluebirds were two goals ahead inside the opening 10 minutes as Mackenzie Olden squared for Laura Curnock to finish from close range before Nieve Jenkins headed home Ffion Price\u2019s corner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jemima Lister set up Madison Lloyd to halve the deficit for Pontypridd on 32 minutes, but Curnock restored Cardiff\u2019s two-goal cushion in first half stoppage time as she tapped in after Alysha Hawkins could only parry Olden\u2019s effort. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It took the visitors just three minutes of the second half to add to their advantage as Megan Bowen tapped in Olden\u2019s corner, while Curnock completed her hat-trick from the penalty spot shortly before the hour mark following a handball in the box.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Substitute Amy Long scored her first Bluebirds goal in the 67th<\/sup> minute when she scored the rebound following Lily Billingham\u2019s saved effort, while captain Hannah Power completed the scoring with five minutes left on the clock as she finished from Mikayla Cook\u2019s cross. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second-place Wrexham remain behind Cardiff on goal difference only following their 5-0 win away at Aberystwyth Town. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It took just three minutes for the visitors to opening the scoring at Park Avenue as Rosie Hughes played a one-two with Katie Barker and finished at the back post. Barker was also the provider for Wrexham\u2019s second goal nine minutes before half-time as she played through Lili Jones to fire home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Captain Jodie Bartle added her name to the scoresheet three minutes into the second half as she hammered in a loose ball in the box after Aber failed to deal with Jones\u2019 corner, while Barker curled home her side\u2019s fourth goal just before the hour mark. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The former Newcastle United forward completed a brace for herself with 10 minutes remaining, racing onto substitute Abbie Iddenden\u2019s through ball and finishing well after some neat footwork. The result also marked Wrexham\u2019s first clean sheet of the campaign. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aimee Deacon\u2019s four-goal haul inspired third-place Swansea City to an emphatic 6-1 home win over Briton Ferry Llansawel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chloe Chivers scored the Swans\u2019 opening goal in the 18th<\/sup> minute as she tucked away Caitlin Williams\u2019 cross at the back post, while Deacon grabbed her first of the afternoon shortly after by netting the rebound after Steph Turner\u2019s effort struck the crossbar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chivers made it 3-0 nine minutes later with a superb curling effort from the edge of the box, before Ferry defender Brooke Llewellyn was sent off for a second bookable offence. A stellar first half for Swansea was complete in stoppage time when Deacon scored from the penalty spot after being fouled in the area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ferry did provide an immediate response after the break as Jade Crofts\u2019 effort from distance got the better of Swans goalkeeper Amelia Forkings, but the hosts had their fifth goal just two minutes later when Deacon completed her hat-trick with a close-range finish. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 18-year-old wrapped up a sensational afternoon with her fourth and Swansea\u2019s sixth just before the hour mark, poking home amid pinball in the box caused by a corner. Yzzy Taylor\u2019s side remain just one point behind the top two following their third consecutive win. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The New Saints claimed their first away win of the season by triumphing 4-2 over Barry Town United at Jenner Park, in James Fishlock\u2019s first game in charge of the hosts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saints captain Lia Lewis scored her first goal of the season in the 19th<\/sup> minute as she fired home from Kelsey Richardson\u2019s corner, before Zara Gibbs scored for the second consecutive game by meeting Lexi Jones\u2019 cross with a header past Molly Arnesen on 34 minutes. The visitors had a third goal just four minutes later when teenager Charlotte Crees blasted home amid a scramble for the ball. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, Barry proved they were not out of the contest with two goals in the opening six minutes of the second half. Ellie Preece raced through and slotted past TNS debutant goalkeeper Charlie Scott, before Amelia Herbert \u2013 brought on from the bench at the break \u2013 fired in from close range. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hosts could not complete the comeback though and TNS secured victory with their fourth goal on 65 minutes, defender Kay Baker producing a sensational strike after controlling Maria Francis-Jones\u2019 cross. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
