Genero Adran Premier leaders Cardiff City came from behind to earn a 3-1 victory over rivals Swansea City at the Swansea.com Stadium on Sunday. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mikayla Cook thought she had given Cardiff the lead from close range in the first half, but the goal was ruled out as the offside flag was raised against the forward. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swansea broke the deadlock in the 56th<\/sup> minute as Emily Thomas\u2019 dangerous low ball from the right was poked home at the front post by Aimee Deacon. However, the Bluebirds were level just eight minutes later as Helen Evans finished off a neat team move by receiving Cook\u2019s pass and sliding in her first goal for the club. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cook then produced a moment of brilliance to complete the turnaround for the visitors in the 81st<\/sup> minute, sending a dipping free-kick from the left flank over Forkings and into the net. Lily Billingham wrapped up victory in stoppage time as she latched onto Fiona Barry\u2019s through ball and slotted into the far corner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only goal difference continues to separate the top two as second-place Wrexham stormed to a 6-1 win over Pontypridd United at USW Sports Park. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Red Dragons took the lead inside just two minutes as Katie Barker\u2019s effort rattled the crossbar and Ava Suckley tucked home the rebound. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faye Knox scored for the third consecutive game with a clinical finish into the top corner on 20 minutes, but Pontypridd immediately pulled a goal back thanks to Maddison Lloyd\u2019s driven effort across goal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wrexham maintained only a narrow advantage until the closing stages, when they scored four goals in the final 20 minutes to seal an emphatic victory. Katie Barker scored twice in three minutes \u2013 meaning she has now netted in six consecutive league games \u2013 before Hannah Snape fired in a free-kick from distance and captain Jodie Bartle headed home from close range. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The New Saints began life without former manager Jodie Williams with a thrilling 3-2 victory over Briton Ferry Llansawel at Park Hall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All five goals came in a frantic first half in Oswestry, with Ferry taking the lead after just three minutes as Laura-May Walkley-Witts played through Jade Crofts to fire home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lexie Harrison\u2019s superb solo goal brought TNS level on 17 minutes, but the visitors were back in front three minutes later as 15-year-old Freya Peyton \u2013 making her first senior start \u2013 poked in from close range.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Saints then found an instant response themselves as Caitlin Chapman unleashed a powerful strike from distance to equalise again, before Lia Lewis scored what proved to be the winner in the 38th<\/sup> minute by turning home Maria Francis-Jones\u2019 corner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barry Town United earned a first league win under new boss James Fishlock as they staged a comeback to triumph 2-1 over Aberystwyth Town at Jenner Park. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Libby Isaac put Aberystwyth ahead eight minutes before half-time, latching onto Rebecca Mathias\u2019 free-kick into the box and prodding home her first league goal of the campaign. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barry piled on the pressure in search of an equaliser throughout the second half and eventually got their reward on 75 minutes as Keira Harris finished from India Shanahan\u2019s cross. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The turnaround was complete 10 minutes later when Shanahan\u2019s mis-hit shot fell to Jasmine Turner to fire home at the back post, sealing Barry\u2019s first home league win since January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
