With the end of Phase One approaching in the Genero<\/a> Adran Premier, and the season reaching the halfway point in the second tier, there are plenty of key games to keep an eye on this weekend.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran Premier \u2013 The New Saints v Aberystwyth Town (Sunday, 5:10pm)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ahead of next weekend\u2019s Phase One finale, The New Saints host Aberystwyth Town in a crucial clash in the race for the top half in the Genero Adran Premier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

TNS currently occupy fourth place and will secure their spot in the Championship Conference if they are victorious on Sunday and Briton Ferry Llansawel lose away at Wrexham. Aber are sixth and four points behind the Saints, so must win to keep alive their hopes of finishing in the top four. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

TNS have won just one of their last five league matches and are still awaiting their first victory under new manager Kieran Lee-Birch following consecutive 3-0 defeats to Swansea City and Cardiff City in the league and Genero Adran Trophy semi-finals respectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aberystwyth have recorded just one league win from their last six league games, but salvaged a 2-2 draw at home against Briton Ferry on Thursday night as Rebecca Mathias scored a dramatic stoppage time equaliser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shauna Chambers scored the decisive goal as Aber secured a 1-0 win over the Saints in September\u2019s reverse fixture at Park Avenue \u2013 the Seasiders\u2019 first victory in the last eight meetings between the two sides. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran North \u2013 Llandudno v Llanfair United (Sunday, 2pm)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Llanfair United will be aiming to close the gap on Genero Adran North leaders Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads when they travel to face Llandudno at the Go Goodwins Stadium. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Llanfair have climbed up to second in the table following emphatic back-to-back victories over Bangor (8-0) and Flint Town United (5-1). In-form striker Tania Wylde has found the net an impressive nine times in her last three matches, including a four-goal haul against Flint last weekend. With the Nomads not in action this Sunday, Llanfair can move to within just three points of the league leaders with another win. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Llandudno have endured a tricky start to their league campaign, picking up just five points from as many games and winning only once. The Seasiders, who do have a Bute Energy Welsh Cup quarter-final against Swansea City to look forward to next Sunday, were left frustrated last weekend after being held to a 1-1 draw away at Bangor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Llandudno\u2019s only league victory so far this season came against Llanfair back in November as Jasmin Dutton\u2019s penalty and Cara Roberts\u2019 first senior goal secured a 2-0 away win. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran South \u2013 Cascade v Carmarthen Town (Sunday, 2pm)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carmarthen Town will hope to continue their bright Genero Adran South form when they visit the CCB Centre of Excellence to face Cascade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carmarthen are one of three teams \u2013 along with Cardiff Met and Pure Swansea \u2013 currently sitting on 15 points at the top of the table, but the Old Gold are third on goal difference. Carwyn Phillips\u2019 side earned their fourth successive away win by triumphing 2-0 against Taffs Well last weekend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cascade earned their first league win of the season against Llanelli Town last weekend<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Cascade lost all five of their opening league matches of the season, but finally got off the mark with a 2-0 home win over Llanelli Town last weekend which leaves them just one point adrift of safety. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
