Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads moved six points clear at the top of the Genero Adran North with a 3-2 victory over Felinheli at Treborth. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nomads made a lightning start and took the lead after just nine seconds as Ella Jones latched onto Polly Wild-McGregor\u2019s flick-on and sent a dipping volley over Catrin Beech. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phoebe Ellis doubled the advantage six minutes before half-time with her first senior goal in over a year as she received Natasha Spearing\u2019s pass and found the top corner from distance despite Beech getting a touch on the ball. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Felinheli halved the deficit in the 77th<\/sup> minute thanks to Katie Houghton\u2019s calmly converted penalty following Tia Lockley\u2019s foul on Jordanne Greenough inside the area, but the Nomads immediately restored their two-goal cushion as Jones met Ellis\u2019 cross and drilled a low effort into the bottom corner for her 20th<\/sup> league goal of the season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hosts pulled another goal back deep into stoppage-time when Llywela Edwards\u2019 free-kick was spilled by Ruby Stevens, allowing Jenna Allsup to head in from close range. However, the Nomads held on to maintain their perfect record and boost their title bid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flint Town United claimed back-to-back wins after they came from behind to triumph 3-1 over Bangor at the Bangor City Stadium. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bangor captain Ffion Bee bundled the ball home in the midst of a goalmouth scramble to put her side ahead after just 10 minutes played, but Flint were level nine minutes before the interval as Daisy Hughes fired in a loose ball for her first goal in almost two years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Silkwomen completed their comeback on the stroke of half-time as Shannon Hobbs finished from Beth Roberts\u2019 square ball. Roberts was also provider for Flint\u2019s third goal at the start of the second half as she found Rebecca Eagles, who in her first game since being announced as player-manager, fired into the roof of the net. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A solid defensive display from Eagles\u2019 side helped secure victory, with Flint now just two points away from equalling their entire points tally from last season. Bangor remain seventh in the table and two points above bottom-of-the-table Berriew who now have two games in hand after their home fixture against Llandudno was postponed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
