Llanelli Town were relegated from the Genero Adran South after a 5-0 defeat to Cwmbran Celtic at\u00a0Stebonheath\u00a0on Easter Sunday.\u202f<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Llanelli needed a victory to have any chance of survival, but fell behind on the stroke of half-time as Chelsea Cochrane put Celtic ahead. That opened the floodgates for the visitors in the second half as Cochrane\u2019s second goal of the afternoon and Fiona Anthony\u2019s strike made it three by the hour mark.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cerys Shipley and Anthony scored late goals to wrap up a convincing display from Celtic, who secured a third-place finish and their highest ever points tally in the Genero Adran South.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Champions Cardiff Met celebrated their trophy lift by coming from behind to triumph 2-1 over Pure Swansea at\u00a0Cyncoed\u00a0Stadium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swans forward Kalena Walters-Wright scored her fifth goal in as many games to give her side the lead heading into the break, but Met\u2019s star striker Esme Kilburn-Thompson equalised just past the hour mark with her close-range header from Olivia Jones\u2019 corner.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Archers completed their comeback in the 73rd<\/sup> minute as Anna Houghton bagged her sixth league goal of the season.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jonathan Nash\u2019s side finish their campaign having lost just once and will now look to return to the Genero Adran Premier in their Promotion Play-Off Final against Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads at the end of April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Swans\u00a0challenged\u00a0Met at the top of the table for the majority of the\u00a0campaign, but\u00a0have to\u00a0settle for a sixth-place finish following a\u202ffourth straight defeat.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carmarthen Town claimed the runners-up spot in their debut season in the second tier after storming to a 7-2 victory over Taffs Well at the LHP Stadium.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Summer Evans\u2019 free-kick got things rolling for the Old Gold before Jasmine Guymer and Ophelia Jenkins both bagged clinical braces to make it 5-0 at the interval.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rianne Jones and 16-year-old academy star Alys Grant pulled two goals back for the Wellwomen, but Aimee Heath\u2019s first goal since January and Flavia Jenkins\u2019 finish into the top corner from Casi Jones\u2019 pass ensured Carmarthen achieved their biggest win of the season.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nothing could separate in-form sides Penybont and Cascade in a 1-1 draw at the DragonBet Stadium.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neither side found a breakthrough in the first half , although Cascade midfielder Megan Waite was sent off for a second bookable offence.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bont eventually capitalised on the numerical advantage as Mae Taylor opened the scoring in the 79th<\/sup> minute, but Cascade found a late equaliser with one minute of normal time remaining as Ellis Lunn scored her 12th league goal of the season.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bont have bettered their tally from last season by two points, while Cascade finish the campaign unbeaten in their last nine league games.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
