All of the latest news from across the Genero Adran Leagues as clubs step up preparations for 2026\/27.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran Premier<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Wrexham have made three statement signings so far in the summer transfer window, ahead of their maiden European journey<\/a> at the end of July. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Left-sided player Mikayla Cook completed a move from title rivals Cardiff City, while more recently, recent Cymru senior team inclusion and goalkeeper Lucy Farrell made the switch from English side Stoke City. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 22-year-old was called up to Rhian Wilkinson\u2019s squad in April for fixtures against Albania in the FIFA Women\u2019s World Cup qualifiers and now makes the move across to domestic football with Wrexham. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had some really good conversations with Jenny, and it felt like no was not an answer here on the women\u2019s side, which is really refreshing. I know a lot of the girls here already and they\u2019ve all said good things,\u201d Farrell said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most recent incoming at The Rock is one of international pedigree away from Cymru, as Jamaica international forward Natasha Thomas makes the move to North Wales, after an eleven-year record-breaking era at Ipswich Town. Thomas is The Tractor Girls\u2019 all-time leading goal scorer and appearance maker, having helped the club rise to the WSL 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m really excited to be here. I always wanted the next club to be the right one for me but also know I\u2019m the right person for the club as well,\u201d Thomas said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI had previously looked at Wrexham and seeing the team win two trophies last season was a big thing for me. I always like to win silverware, and I think that I can do that here with the Club.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In terms of outgoings at Wrexham, Genero Adran U19s winners Grace Morris and Sienna Perry have both departed, to Kidderminster Harriers and Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads respectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An impressive transfer window continues for The New Saints. Having completed the signings of Abbie Iddenden and Hannah Snape from rivals Wrexham, they\u2019ve now completed another signing from a Genero Adran Premier heavyweight \u2013 Fiona Barry of Cardiff City. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winner of the 2024\/25 Genero Adran Premier Young Player of the Season award, Barry makes the switch North as TNS continue to build under Kieran Lee-Birch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elsewhere in the Genero Adran Premier so far, Barry Town United have made three signings, with midfielders Amy Long and Niamh Duggan moving to Jenner Park, whilst central defender Holly Jones makes the permanent switch from Cardiff City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swansea City legend Katy Hosford begins a new chapter in her career with Briton Ferry Llansawel, as the forward makes the return to playing for the first time since pregnancy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Swans and Wrexham have announced a number of key players that have signed new contracts at the clubs. There has also been the recent news of Cardiff Met captain Olivia Barnes, full-back Faith Mulenga and goalkeeper Violet Bell committing to new deals at Cyncoed Stadium.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran North<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

There have already been several moves in the North since the opening of the transfer window in tier two, and it was Flint Town United to announce the first of those. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Former Airbus UK Broughton attacking midfielder Poppy Smith makes a return to the Genero Adran North. After a spell in England with Nantwich Town, the 21-year-old makes the switch to the Essity Stadium as Flint prepare for a first pre-season under Rebecca Eagles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As mentioned above, Wrexham attacking midfielder Sienna Perry has joined newly appointed manager Andy Griffiths at Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads, with the duo having been key to Wrexham\u2019s U19s success in recent seasons. Perry joins the Genero Adran North champions in what will be the 17-year-old\u2019s first taste of senior football. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Llandudno have a new goalkeeper, and it\u2019s another player returning to the Genero Adran North this summer, as long-serving NFA goalkeeper Courtney Ingram makes the move back to tier two from the North Wales Coast Llandudno Kia Women\u2019s League side. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingram has played senior football with NFA since 2021, having come through the youth at the Rhyl-based side, and previously represented the club in the Genero Adran North. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have a name change in the Genero Adran North as a new era begins in Bangor. CPDM Bangor are no more and will be known as Bangor City 1876 after the women\u2019s team were integrated into the club structure in recent weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The announcement was followed by Bangor\u2019s first signing of the summer, with Felinheli winger Ellie Sian Jones making the move. Formerly of Amlwch Town, Jones was a regular for Felinheli since joining in 2024 and will now play her football at the Bangor City Stadium in 2026\/27. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further news in recent days at Bangor City 1876 saw Aron Griffith stepping down at manager by mutual consent. Griffith has been crucial to the success of Bangor since joining in 2020 from Llanberis, and led the club to promotion to the Genero Adran North in 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Genero Adran South<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

It’s been quiet on the transfer front in the Genero Adran South, but two clubs have found new managers to lead them forward into 2026\/27. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cascade have appointed Kellan Webb, formerly of Pontypridd United and Caldicot Town. An incredible run of form from Cascade in 2026 has seen the team go unbeaten across 90 minutes in all competitions since the turn of the year, something that Webb will look to build on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHaving come up against Cascade a number of times over the years it\u2019s evident that they are a really close-knit group of girls who have lots of quality. The club have come close to promotion on a number of occasions, and in what I think will be the closest Adran South so far, we are looking to push a step further,\u201d Webb said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once a key player for Cascade, Melissa James-Thomas has been appointed assistant manager to Webb, whilst Harrison Ward and Sam Josey will also become part of the coaching staff. Steve Moran has been appointed Head of Female Football, with Andrew Lewis as Assistant Head of Female Football. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pontypridd United have also confirmed their First Team manager for next season, with Drew Lewis being reappointed as The Dragons\u2019 boss. Having led the side at the beginning of last season, Lewis had a successful season with the U19s side, having finished top of the Genero Adran U19s South in Phase One.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lewis said on his reappointment: \u201cI’m really looking forward to the season ahead and continuing to build with this club. One of my biggest priorities is to continue developing the talented young players coming through our pathway, giving them the opportunity to establish themselves in senior football, while also bringing experienced players into the squad who can support, guide and challenge them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The search for a new manager at Cwmbran Celtic continues, after the departure of Georgia Shwartz for a full-time role elsewhere.
