South Wales rivals Swansea City and Cardiff City meet for the first time this season at Llandarcy on Sunday, with the sides currently occupying the top two spots in the Genero Adran Premier.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swansea sit second in the table with 13 points from six matches, having won their last three in a row under interim boss Chris Church \u2013 scoring nine goals in the process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, Cardiff are top of table with 16 points and the only side in the division still with an unbeaten record this term. The Bluebirds have won their last four league matches and triumphed 6-1 over Barry Town United at the Cardiff City Stadium last weekend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swansea were one of just two clubs to take points off Cardiff last season, earning draws in both of their home matches against Iain Darbyshire\u2019s team. Sunday will be a first return to Llandarcy for former Swans captain Emma Beynon, who made the switch to the Bluebirds in the summer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is also a key clash at the bottom of the Genero Adran Premier as Pontypridd United host Barry Town United. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Dragons are bottom of the table after losing all of their first six league matches this season, but showed signs of improvement in a narrow 1-0 defeat away at Cardiff Met last weekend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barry are three points better off in seventh place after a 4-2 win over Met a fortnight ago, but they were beaten 6-1 by league leaders Cardiff City last weekend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pontypridd won each of the two phase one fixtures between the two sides last season, before both of their phase two meetings ended level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following their victory over Pontypridd, Cardiff Met will aim to make it back-to-back wins for the first time this season when they host Wrexham. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dan Delahey\u2019s side are up to fifth in the Genero Adran Premier table and have only lost one of their five home league matches so far this season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, Wrexham have made an impressive start to life in the top-flight following promotion and currently sit in third place \u2013 just three points behind leaders Cardiff City. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steve Dale\u2019s side have been victorious in all three of their away matches this term and are hoping to make it four consecutive wins in all competitions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The New Saints and Aberystwyth Town will both be hoping to end their respective losing streaks when they meet at Park Hall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greg Draper\u2019s team have been beaten by Swansea City and Wrexham in the last two weeks to slip to sixth in the table, but they could make it back into the top half this weekend if results go their way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aberystwyth are one point better off in fourth place, but they too have lost to Wrexham and Swansea in recent weeks following an impressive start to the campaign. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
