return to the Stōk Cae Ras on Sunday afternoon as Swansea City make the trip to the world’s oldest international football stadium.

The Red Dragons broke the attendance record for a domestic league game in Wales when Connah’s Quay Nomads visited the Racecourse last season and this is now their first top-flight game at the famous ground.

It is a crucial game too, with second-place Swansea continuing to chase down league leaders Cardiff City and Wrexham six points behind the Swans in third place.

Chris Church’s side have picked up 22 points from the last 24 available in the Genero Adran Premier, meaning they sit eight behind the Bluebirds with a game in hand.

Meanwhile, Wrexham have suffered back-to-back defeats for the first time this season, as the Swans and Cardiff City have got the better of them at the start of phase two.

Following the thrilling 3-3 draw between the two sides on the opening day at The Rock, Swansea have won two subsequent league meetings.

Cardiff City will aim to take a step closer to the Genero Adran Premier title when they travel to Park Avenue to face Aberystwyth Town on Sunday.

The Bluebirds stormed to a 6-1 victory away at Wrexham last weekend, with Eliza Collie’s hat-trick at the Rock seeing her rise to the top of the league’s scoring charts.

Collie, along with Rhianne Oakley and Hollie Smith, also scored in Cardiff’s 3-0 win over Aberystwyth at the start of phase two, which was the Seasiders’ last outing as their fixture with Swansea City postponed last weekend.

Aber are no doubt underdogs, but they are one of just two sides to earn a point against Cardiff this season as they held Iain Darbyshire’s side to a goalless draw in the capital in September.

Barry Town United will hope to cement their place at the top of the Plate Conference when they travel to already-relegated Pontypridd United.

Angharad Beman’s brace inspired Barry to a 3-0 win over The New Saints last Sunday, meaning that the Linnets have lost just one of their last six matches and that was against leaders Cardiff City.

A 2-2 draw against Cardiff Met last weekend confirmed Pontypridd’s relegation from the Genero Adran Premier, but they will be keen to end the campaign on a high and ensure they do not go through the whole season without a league win.

Barry won both meetings between the two sides in phase one before Taite Trivett cancelled out Efa Preece-Jones’ opener in a 1-1 draw at the start of phase two.

A slip up by Barry at USW Sports Park could allow either The New Saints or Cardiff Met to go top of the Plate Conference in their meeting at Park Hall.

The Saints would have been favourites to claim the Plate but they have suffered back-to-back defeats at the start of phase two and their winless streak in all competitions now stands at nine matches.

Their last victory came against Met in December, but the Archers then defeated Greg Draper’s side 4-1 at the start of phase two thanks to Esme Kilburn-Thompson’s hat-trick.

A 2-2 draw against Pontypridd last weekend means that Daniel Delahey’s side are now unbeaten in their last three matches.

Wrexham return to the Stōk Cae Ras on Sunday afternoon as Swansea City make the trip to the
