Voting is now open for the 2023\/24 Genero Adran North awards. You have until 5pm on Monday 20 May to select your Player of the Season, Manager of the Season and Young Player of the Season.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Votes will be combined with an independent panel and the winners will be announced at the FAW National Leagues Awards on Saturday 8 June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Player of the Season<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Stevie Donougher – Llandudno<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stevie Donougher wasted no time in making an impact this season, as she scored four goals on her Llandudno debut against NFA. From then on, goals was the only thing on the Aussie\u2019s mind, as she went on to find the back of the net 16 times. An ACL injury ruled her out of the play-off against Briton Ferry, but Donougher can still look back on a brilliant campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ffion Williams – Felinheli<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nobody expected Felinheli to have done what they have this season, but Ffion Williams more than played her part in taking the Felin to a title battle with Llandudno this year. The highlight will of course be scoring all four goals in a win away to Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads, while she also scored two and assisted two in a 4-1 win against NFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maddie Williams – Llandudno<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maddie Williams once again proved this season why she is one of the Adran North\u2019s best players. In a Dudno team that were scoring goals at will this season, Williams stood out as not only a goalscorer, but also a creator of good goals. Twelve goals and ten assists is a great return for the forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manager of the Season<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Jordan Hadaway – Llandudno<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When he took the role, Jordan Hadaway had the task of reducing the age of the squad while also trying to be competitive. Hadaway and his team did more than just try this season, as they marched to the Genero Adran North title. Dudno only dropped two points all season, scoring 80 and conceding 18 in the process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aaron Jones-Evans – Felinheli<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No one expected, after a mid-table finish last season, that Felinheli would be competing for the Genero Adran North title all the way until the penultimate day, but the job Aaron Jones-Evans has done is incredible. Wins away to Connah\u2019s Quay and taking Llandudno all the way to the end are a testament to the work Jones-Evans has put in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Niall McGuinness – NFA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A couple of years ago, NFA didn\u2019t have a women\u2019s team, but in a short amount of time, they have risen to the second tier, and manager Niall McGuinness has done tremendously to take NFA into the Genero Adran North. A fifth-place finish in their debut season is more than commendable, and a league double over Bangor will certainly be a highlight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Young Player of the Season<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Erin Doran – Llandudno<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erin Doran has been a creative menace for Llandudno this season. Nine assists is treble the number that she had last season and shows how much Doran has improved during this past campaign. Her pace is difficult to deal with, and she tests every opponent that she comes up against.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menna Evans – Bangor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bangor are another side who have enjoyed a solid first season in the Adran North, and Menna Evans is a player that has certainly enjoyed it more than most. Leading the team in goals and assists this season, good performances against Llandudno and Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads have shown she is someone who can mix it up with the league\u2019s best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Polly Wild-McGregor – Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Polly Wild-McGregor was Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads\u2019 only ever-present player this season. Having played every minute this season, she has cemented herself as one of the Genero Adran North\u2019s brightest talents. Wild-McGregor led the scoring charts for the Nomads with nine, as they finished second behind Llandudno.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
