So, for the club to be without silverware for a couple of seasons, it gives us a chance to re-energise the squad and make sure we are ready to compete on all levels on and off the pitch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe want to become the best we can be as individuals. The 46-year-old, who has previously taken charge of Cardiff City Ladies and Yeovil Town Ladies, has also stressed the importance of building the Swans\u2019 community influence.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYou can\u2019t be what you can\u2019t see, so if there are no role models there for girls, they won\u2019t aspire to be the next Katy Hosford, the next Stacey John-Davis, so we need to make sure we give our players a platform and a product to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s our job to create a sustainable programme that has a legacy in this area and across south Wales.
