Swansea City return to the Swansea.com Stadium on Sunday afternoon as Jamie Sherwood\u2019s side host Barry Town United. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will be the Swans\u2019 fourth game in SA1 in the last three seasons and they are yet to lose at the stadium, most recently triumphing 2-1 over Wrexham there last November. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sherwood got his managerial reign off to a winning start on the opening weekend as goals from Danielle Broadhurst and Stacey John-Davis earned a 2-1 victory away to Cardiff Met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In contrast, Barry began the campaign with a 5-0 defeat to The New Saints at Jenner Park, so Stevie McCarthy-Campbell\u2019s new-look side will be hoping to bounce back on Sunday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swansea have prevailed in all six previous league meetings between the two sides, keeping a clean sheet in every one of those encounters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taite Trivett and Aimee Deacon both made the switch from Barry to the Swans this summer, so get an immediate chance to face their former club. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Newly-promoted Briton Ferry Llansawel play their first Genero Adran Premier match on home turf when Wrexham visit Old Road. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rhys James\u2019 side made the perfect start to life in the top-flight with a 4-0 victory away at Aberystwyth Town on the opening day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wrexham produced a gutsy performance against reigning champions Cardiff City last weekend, but two second half goals earned the Bluebirds victory. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wrexham famously defeated Ferry in the 2022\/23 promotion play-off when Rebecca Pritchard\u2019s goal sent the Red Dragons up, while Steve Dale\u2019s side also knocked Ferry out of the Genero Adran Trophy and Bute Energy Welsh Cup last season.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The New Saints were the biggest winners on the opening weekend as they triumphed 5-0 away at Barry Town United, with Shauna Duffy\u2019s side now beginning their home campaign against Aberystwyth Town at Park Hall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An exciting new era is dawning in Oswestry, with the club adopting a semi-professional model over the summer, and the Saints will hope last weekend\u2019s emphatic victory is a sign of things to come.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 4-0 defeat to Briton Ferry Llansawel is not how Chris Church would have imagined his reign as Aberystwyth Town manager starting, so he will hope to see a response from his side this weekend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aber pipped TNS to a top four spot in the Genero Adran Premier last season, following a 3-3 draw between the sides on the final day of phase one. Their other two encounters were also high scoring, with the Saints winning 4-3 in the reverse league fixture and also prevailing on penalties in the Bute Energy Welsh Cup after a 2-2 draw.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s derby day in the capital as reigning champions Cardiff City are on home turf for the first time this season against Cardiff Met. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bluebirds started as they mean to go on with a 2-0 opening day win at Wrexham, with Ffion Price and Eliza Collie finding the net in the second half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new-look Cardiff Met, under the interim leadership of Chris Baker, suffered a narrow 2-1 defeat to Swansea City, but took a number of positives from a close encounter at Cyncoed.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
