Jones then set up captain Polly Wild McGregor to double the lead before grabbing a goal of her own moments later to make it 3-0 with little over a quarter of an hour played.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ellis had two powerful strikes denied by the crossbar in the second half, but eventually a fourth goal arrived for Nomads as substitute Aimee Redfern headed home at the front post from Ellis\u2019 corner.
