European Senior Director of Everyone a Changemaker\u2019 &#8211; a member of the Global Leadership Team at Ashoka, the world\u2019s largest network of social entrepreneurs which supports the founders of the most innovative and impactful organisations in the World. &nbsp;<\/p><p>Prior to this, Kelly was the Co-Founder at \u2018The Good Wash Company\u2019 which was named \u2018Welsh Start Up of the Year\u2019. Following her successful exit of the company, she was named Great British Entrepreneur of the year. Kelly was previously Founder and CEO of a multi-national award-winning social enterprise, Vi-Ability Educational Programme which educated disengaged young people in how to run sustainable community football clubs and associated facilities.<\/p><p>A former Welsh international and professional female footballer having played for both Arsenal and Liverpool, Kelly was also a Trustee Director of the FAW Trust for over eight years. Her public appointments have included Chair of the Wales Regulatory Board and Careers Wales. She has also served as a Board Member of Wales Council for Voluntary Action, TEC Systems and various housing associations in both England and Wales. Helen is Chief Executive of Taff Housing providing both housing and support to over 5,000 people across South Wales.
