It has helped us to demonstrate our commitment to player development with first class facilities that are designed around the needs of both girls and boys. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<strong>We have seen both an increase in player participation and playing standards, particularly with girl&#8217;s teams, with numbers nearly doubling in the period since they were opened.
