JD Cymru North leaders Colwyn Bay made it five league wins in a row by triumphing 4-0 away at Prestatyn Town on Friday, a result which relegated the Seasiders. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dan Atkins opened the scoring against his former club in the 18th<\/sup> minute with a close range finish after Jamie Cumming had rounded Robbie Williams, while Atkins rounded the Prestatyn goalkeeper himself to net his and Bay\u2019s second goal five minutes before half-time. Two minutes later it was 3-0, as Craig Lindfield nodded home from Cumming\u2019s header back across goal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the game over as a contest, the Seagulls took their foot off the gas in the second half but sealed victory with four minutes remaining when substitute Lloyd Marsh-Hughes received a flick on from Atkins and fired past Williams from the edge of the area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second-place Airbus remain just one point behind Bay, but had to come from behind to win 2-1 away at Flint Mountain on Friday night. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mountain found the breakthrough in the 17th<\/sup> minute through Andy Brown, who fired home the loose ball after Ryan Kershaw\u2019s free-kick had crashed off the crossbar. The hosts continued to dominated proceedings and Airbus were thankful to get to half-time only one goal down. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Wingmakers stepped up the game after the break though and were level on 56 minutes thanks to a sweetly struck free-kick from Jordan Evans. The turnaround was complete 16 minutes later when two substitutes combined \u2013 Kaiden Cooke crossing from the left for Oli Lanceley to head in at the near post. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There was more misery for Mountain in stoppage time as defender Jordan Williams was shown a straight red card for a last-ditch challenge on Cooke. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the other end of the table, Caersws moved three points clear of the relegation zone by earning a crucial 3-2 home victory against Llay Miners Welfare on Saturday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a goalless first half, Jonathan Collo put Welfare ahead five minutes after the break with a simple finish into an empty following a saved effort. Ash Harries equalised for Caersws on 65 minutes but the Bluebirds were behind again just two minutes later as Ruben Lima restored Llay\u2019s lead. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Max McLaughlin had come off the bench early in the second half and he would prove to be the game-changer for Caersws. The forward made it 2-2 with a superb free-kick in the 75th<\/sup> minute, before popping up in the fifth minute of stoppage time with a clinical finish to end his side\u2019s eight-match winless run in dramatic style. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There was also stoppage time delight for Llandudno on Friday night as they triumphed 4-3 over Gresford Athletic in a thrilling encounter at the Hollingsworth Group Stadium. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seasiders took a 1-0 lead into half-time thanks to Mark Cadwallader\u2019s close-range strike in the 14th<\/sup>minute, but Gresford were level four minutes after the break courtesy of Charlie Mann\u2019s thumping first-time finish. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Colliers found themselves down to 10 men in the 65th<\/sup> minute when Joe Nelson received a second yellow card, but remarkably then took the lead five minutes later as Adam Hesp headed home from Mann\u2019s corner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their advantage did not last long though as Callum Stevens\u2019 strike made it 2-2 three minutes later, before Cadwallader completed the Llandudno turnaround by scoring from the penalty spot in 84th<\/sup> minute.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gresford were not giving up and equalised four minutes later as Charley Edge\u2019s corner led to Elliott Orton\u2019s first senior goal, but there was late heartbreak for the hosts in the 94th<\/sup> minute when Adam Stephens unleashed a stunning strike from distance to earn a fourth consecutive win for Llandudno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seasiders are up to fourth in the table, leapfrogging Buckley Town who were beaten 1-0 away at Guilsfield on Saturday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The decisive moment at Clos Mytton arrived with just 13 minutes on the clock as Jamie Hyne scored for the third game in a row. Gavin Allen\u2019s side are now unbeaten in their last eight home matches in the JD Cymru North. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ruthin Town remain in the relegation zone following a 2-0 home defeat to Holywell Town, who earned their fourth successive win and clean sheet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Danny Sullivan scored for the second successive game by heading home from Danny Andrews\u2019 corner on the half hour mark, before the defender turned provider early in the second half by crossing for Jamie Breese to tap in his 21st<\/sup> league goal of the campaign. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ruthin had the chance to half the deficit when they were awarded a penalty just after the hour mark, but Danny Holland blazed over the bar from the spot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bangor 1876 are still just three points clear of the relegation zone after they were beaten 2-1 away at Denbigh Town on Saturday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a goalless first hour, it took a moment of magic from Denbigh teenager Alfie Vaughan to break the deadlock on 62 minutes as he picked up the ball 30 yards from goal and fired beyond Brad Farrar. Vaughan made it a brace just nine minutes later as his effort from Iwan Roberts\u2019 low cross trickled over the goal line. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corrig McGonigle halved the deficit for Bangor by scoring from the penalty spot in stoppage time, but it was not enough to save Mike Johnston\u2019s side from falling to a fifth consecutive league defeat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penrhyncoch and Mold Alexandra sit level on points in the table and nothing could separate them at Cae Baker on Saturday as they played out a goalless draw. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both teams had their fair share of chances, but a breakthrough could not be found. Penrhyncoch kept back-to-back league clean sheets for the first time this season, while Mold kept their first in any competition since September. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
