The shortlist for November\u2019s Player and Manager of the Month awards in the JD Cymru Leagues has been confirmed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fans’ vote will be combined with a league and independent voting panel to determine the winners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JD Cymru Premier <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Manager of the Month <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Steve Evans \u2013 Colwyn Bay<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Colwyn Bay started December in the JD Cymru Premier relegation zone and four points adrift of safety, but two wins from four matches lifted them up to 10th<\/sup> by the end of the month. Those victories came in back-to-back matches against Pontypridd United and Penybont, while Steve Evans\u2019 side also provided a stern test in their defeat to second-place Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Craig Harrison \u2013 The New Saints<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two wins from two games against Newtown and Aberystwyth Town made it 10 consecutive league victories for The New Saints as they continue their quest for a 16th<\/sup> JD Cymru Premier title. Craig Harrison\u2019s side ended November nine points clear at the top of the table with a game in hand over second-place Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tony Pennock \u2013 Haverfordwest County<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No JD Cymru Premier club picked up more points in November than Haverfordwest County, who claimed seven from three games to move within a point of a top six spot. Tony Pennock led his side to their biggest win of the campaign in a 5-0 triumph over Colwyn Bay, before they became the first side in almost two years to win away at Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads. A 1-1 draw against an in-form Cardiff Met side completed an unbeaten month for the Bluebirds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Player of the Month <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sion Bradley \u2013 Caernarfon Town<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sion Bradley is having perhaps his best season in a Caernarfon Town shirt and he continued to impress in November with a series of influential displays despite his side not enjoying the best form. Always looking to bring his side forward and create chances, Bradley scored a beautifully finessed finish against Penybont before providing an assist with a sweet corner delivery against Barry Town United. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adam Davies \u2013 Caernarfon Town<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite Caernarfon Town winning just one of their three matches in November, forward Adam Davies scored on each occasion and showed multiple aspects of his game. After a composed strike against Penybont, he netted a bullet header against Barry Town United before an instinctive first-time finish against Bala Town. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ryan Sears \u2013 Newtown<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has been an impressive season for third-place Newtown and Ryan Sears has been crucial to their success – the Robins picked up seven points from a possible nine from the three matches he played in November. A constant attacking threat down the left flank while also continuing to be solid defensively, he opened the scoring in the 3-1 win over Pontypridd United.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luke Tabone \u2013 Haverfordwest County<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the month in which he scored his first Haverfordwest County goal by finding the net from close range in the win over Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads, Luke Tabone continued to endear himself to Bluebirds fans with his imperious displays in defence. He was key in earning a clean sheet against Colwyn Bay \u2013 a game in which he was captain \u2013 and looked to start attacks from the back at every opportunity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

JD Cymru North<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Manager of the Month <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lee Fowler \u2013 Flint Town United<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flint Town United\u2019s unbeaten start to the JD Cymru North campaign continued in November as they won both of their two matches to extend their winning streak to five games. Lee Fowler guided his side to a 3-1 away win at Porthmadog before earning a 9-4 victory against Llanidloes Town to finish the month level on points with league leaders Holywell Town. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jordan Hadaway \u2013 Llandudno<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following a squad overhaul in the summer, it has been a tricky campaign so far for Llandudno but they found their feet in November. After starting the month on just three points \u2013 eight points adrift of safety \u2013 Jordan Hadaway led his team to three successive wins against Prestatyn Town, Chirk AAA and Ruthin Town meaning that they had climbed out of the relegation zone by the start of December. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dewi Llion \u2013 Denbigh Town<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Denbigh Town continue to impress in the second tier and Dewi Llion\u2019s side secured back-to-back wins in November to maintain fifth place in the table. After Dan Parry-Jones scored a 95th<\/sup>-minute winner to defeat Mold Alexandra 3-2 \u2013 ending Mold\u2019s five-match winning run \u2013 Denbigh eased to a 3-0 triumph away at Prestatyn Town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Player of the Month <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Danny Holland \u2013 Llandudno<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amidst a host of exciting young talent in the Llandudno squad, it was captain Danny Holland who led by example as the Seasiders earned three consecutive wins in November. After his brace helped to secure a 3-2 win over Prestatyn Town, the midfielder also found the net in the 4-1 victory against Chirk AAA before assisting Ethan Roberts\u2019 opener in the 2-1 win against Ruthin Town. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Josh Jones \u2013 Flint Town United<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flint Town United forward Josh Jones doubled his league goal tally for the whole campaign by finding the net four times in November. After his strike helped the Silkmen defeat Porthmadog 3-1, he had a hand in five of their goals in the 9-4 win over Llanidloes Town \u2013 by scoring a hat-trick and providing two assists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jake Roberts \u2013 Mold Alexandra<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is simply no stopping Jake Roberts at the moment, with the winger scoring in all seven of his league matches for Mold Alexandra since signing in the summer. After scoring twice in defeat to Denbigh Town, Roberts bagged a hat-trick in the 5-1 win over Gresford Athletic \u2013 meaning no player in the JD Cymru North has now scored more goals than him this season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matthew Worrall \u2013 Denbigh Town<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

September\u2019s Player of the Month winner Matthew Worrall was the star of the show in Denbigh Town\u2019s two victories in November, as he scored twice and assisted the other goal in the 3-2 victory against Mold Alexandra, before adding two more goals to his tally in the 3-0 away win at Prestatyn Town. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

JD Cymru South<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Manager of the Month <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nathan Cotterrall & Geza Hajgato \u2013 Taffs Well<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taffs Well had only won two out of their first 11 league games and sat 12th<\/sup> in the JD Cymru South table at the start of November, but three consecutive wins saw them climb to sixth and ease their relegation fears. Management duo Nathan Cotterrall and Geza Hajgato guided their team to victories against Abergavenny Town, Abertillery Bluebirds and Llantwit Major. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lee John \u2013 Llanelli Town<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Llanelli Town\u2019s quest for the JD Cymru South title continued in November as they earned two consecutive wins in a row against Caerau Ely and promotion rivals Afan Lido, scoring seven goals and keeping clean sheets in both matches. Lee John\u2019s side started the month in third place but ended it top of the table on goal difference. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laurie Marsh \u2013 Goytre United<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After impressing in an interim role, Laurie Marsh was named permanent Goytre United in mid-October before leading the team to six points from a possible nine in November \u2013 earned thanks to a 3-2 win over Abergavenny Town and a 4-1 triumph over Pontardawe Town. Their sole defeat came by just the one goal against high-flying Carmarthen Town. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Player of the Month <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ethan Cann \u2013 Llanelli Town<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Llanelli Town netted seven goals in November and Ethan Cann was the scorer of five of them. The 21-year-old forward is in red hot form in front of goal, as he bagged a hat-trick in the win over Caerau Ely before his brace helped the Reds secure a vital 3-0 win over title rivals Afan Lido. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

James Parry \u2013 Llanelli Town<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cann\u2019s teammate James Parry also proved crucial in Llanelli Town\u2019s two wins in November, as the left-back was part of the defence that kept consecutive clean sheets. He provided the assist for one of Cann\u2019s goals against Caerau Ely, before putting in a man-of-the-match display against Afan Lido. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rhys Schwank \u2013 Abergavenny Town<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite Abergavenny Town losing all three matches in November, Rhys Schwank scored four goals in three matches to take his tally to eight in the JD Cymru South for the season \u2013 only five players have scored more. The 19-year-old also took on the responsibility of the captain\u2019s armband in two matches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keane Watts \u2013 Goytre United<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps no player was more important to his team in November than Keane Watts. After scoring a 97th<\/sup>-minute winner to earn a 3-2 win for Goytre United against Abergavenny Town, he netted a hat-trick in the 4-1 victory over Pontardawe Town \u2013 directly turning two points into six. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
