The FAW encourages all fans to embrace sustainable travel options when heading to the match, from public transport to carpooling or cycling. Together, we can reduce our environmental impact.

Swansea is accessible via train. From the train station you can take a bus, a taxi or walk to the ground. 

The bus for the Swansea.com stadium is the 4/4A from opposite the train station, taxis cost approximately £7 to the stadium and it is around 30 minutes on foot. 

Parking is available to supporters at the Swansea.com Stadium on a first come, first serve basis and costs £10. The car park will shut 1 hour before kick-off or whenever the car park is full. 

The nearest parking alternative to the Swansea.com stadium is the Landore Park and Walk site. Which is less than a 5 minute walk from the stadium. Parking at Landore is also limited and on a first come, first served basis. 

The postcode for Landore car park is SA1 2JT.

Coach parking at the stadium is free of charge providing you have let the stadium know that you are coming; please contact fans@faw.cymru to book a coach space.

Entertainment at the stadium commences from the time that the gates open at 5:45pm and there’s plenty on offer to get you ready for kick off.  

Match Day Bucket Collectors

Bucket Collectors from Ty Hafan will be present outside the stadium on matchday.

Ty Hafan believe no family should have to face the unimaginable loss of their child alone. They provide free care and support in their community, offering a lifeline throughout the child’s short life, at end of life through bereavement and beyond

Stadium Rules

Even if you are a regular visitor to Swansea.com Stadium, keep in mind that the stadium may operate differently for Welsh internationals and rules may be different from what you are used to.

Large bags won’t be allowed into the stadium, small bags may be permitted as long as they are able to fit under your seat. Please see more information on permitted items here.


Remember that professional cameras and cane umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium. However, you can bring a small, fully collapsible umbrella.

The Swansea.com Stadium is a smoke free venue. Therefore smoking, e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco products are not allowed.

Food & Beverage

The Swansea.com Stadium has food and beverage options to suit all diets and culinary requirements. If you have any allergy concerns, please speak to a member of staff at the kiosk.

There are alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available to supporters, however please note that alcoholic beverages cannot be taken up to your seat or drunk in view of the field of play. This is in accordance with the UK Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985.

The Football Association of Wales welcomes everyone and we constantly strive to ensure that at our matches there is a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere where all fans can come to enjoy watching football in a safe, secure and welcoming environment and feel that they belong as part of the Red Wall.

While promoting inclusion and diversity within the stadium, we applaud and encourage passionate support. However, we do not tolerate discrimination, abuse, foul and abusive language or anti-social and threatening behaviour.

If supporters experience any form of anti-social behaviour, abuse or discrimination inside the stadium please help us to eliminate it by reporting any discrimination or abuse by alerting it to your nearest steward. 

You can also report at www.faw.cymru/ReportIT or by emailing ReportIT@faw.Cymru Please provide as much detail of any offence as possible. This may include specific seat details if applicable, descriptions of persons involved, and exact words and phrases wherever possible.

Pyrotechnic Warning

There is no safe use of pyrotechnics in spectator areas at football events with their use having many health risks and dangers such as loss of sight, limb or digit removal due to their explosive power.

Being in possession of a pyrotechnic device at a football match or attempting to bring such a device into a football stadium, is a criminal offence under the Sporting Events Act 1985. Any person committing such an offence faces an FA Wales ban, probable arrest and a minimum 3-year Football Banning Order.  

Additionally, should persons be identified using pyrotechnics in places of public assembly away from and en route to the stadium, they can be issued with section 34 notices and be instructed to leave the area with details passed to the FAW, Swansea.com Stadium and the authorities. This may result in entry to the stadium being denied.

Audio Descriptive Commentary

The FAW offer an audio description commentary service for all Cymru International matches.   

The free to use service for blind and vision impaired spectators will be provided by Alan March Sport Ltd and will be available to fans with trained audio describers keeping up with play to the second to ensure listeners know exactly where the ball is and what is happening on the pitch.

To register your interest and book a receiver for the forthcoming matches, email PAWB@faw.co.uk

You will need to provide your name, phone number and ticket information (Stand, block, row and seat) and your receiver will be delivered by a steward prior to kick off.

It will be possible to request a receiver on the day by speaking to a steward at the stadium. Please note receivers are subject to availability. We advise users to bring their own headphones to ensure both comfort and hygiene.

Sensory Room and Packs

In addition to the stadium’s Sensory Room Experience, fans with sensory needs can apply for a free FAW Sensory Pack. The packs have been designed to help fans, particularly those with autism, who attend matches, to enhance the matchday experience, making it more comfortable and enjoyable. Each pack is presented in an official Cymru drawstring bag and contains a disability awareness lanyard, as well as branded noise-cancelling headphones, a football fidget spinner, a poppet sensory keyring, a Cymru football soft stress ball and an activity pack.

All sensory packs will need to be pre-booked and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Multi-Faith Prayer & Meditation Room

A Multi-Faith Prayer & Meditation Room is available to supporters who require a quiet space before, during and after this fixture.

Any supporters who would like to access the room can contact PAWB@faw.cymru or speak to your nearest steward on the night who will help to escort supporters to the room and assist them back to their seats.

Accessible Toilets

Placed in the Southeast Corner of the stadium (within the tunnel) will be an accessible facility known as an Accessoloo. The Accessoloo provides facilities equipped with enough space for a disabled person and any companions or assistants to be able to move around freely without having to negotiate obstacles, hot and cold water, heating, lighting, grab rails, a lavatory, adult changing table and a ceiling hoist.

Any supporters who would like to access the facility can speak to their nearest steward on the night who will help to escort supporters to the accessoloo and assist them back to their seats.

Is there a minimum age to attend the match?

There is no minimum age requirement for Welsh internationals matches at the Swansea.com Stadium.

Do underage ticket holders need to be accompanied by an adult?

Yes, all ticket holders under 14 should be accompanied by an adult.

How early should I get to the stadium before the match?

We advise that you arrive at the stadium as soon as gates open.

Can I use any entrance at the stadium to get to my seat?

Please use the entrance stated on your ticket. This will be the entrance closest to your seat.

If I’m late to the match, can I still enter after kick-off?

Yes, you will be able to enter the stadium up until half-time.

Once I enter the stadium, can I leave and come back in?

No re-entry is permitted at the Swansea.com Stadium.

What kind of flags and banners can I bring into the stadium?

Flags that are 2×1 meters in size will be allowed into the stadium, flags with offensive or political statements will not be permitted. Please see UEFA guidelines for more information.

Are there restrictions on the jerseys I can wear for the match?

There are no restrictions on what you can wear, however we recommend that you come dressed in Cymru colours so that we are united as the Red Wall.

What should I do if I have a problem with my mobile match tickets? Is there somewhere at the stadium that I can get help?

If you have a problem with your match tickets contact your nearest steward or go to the ticket office at the stadium. 

Is there anything to do at the stadium for non-ticket holders?

No – please avoid travelling to the Swansea.com Stadium if you do not have a ticket to the match.

What if I have a problem/emergency at the stadium?

Problems and emergencies should be reported to the nearest steward as and when they occur. 

Is there a lost and found office at the stadium and what do I do if I lose or find something?

There is no formal lost and found, however lost items are sometimes kept in storage at the stadium – please contact the stadium. 

Are there phone charging stations in or around the stadium in case my phone runs out of battery?

There are no phone charging stations at the stadium, please ensure your phone is fully charged before travelling to the match. 

Are there toilets outside the stadium?

There are no toilets outside the stadium.

There is however a retail park with toilet facilities a short walk away.

Is there Wi-Fi at the stadium?

There is no public Wi-Fi at the stadium, if you require internet access, please contact your nearest steward.

Will the stadium be covered if it rains?

The majority of the Swansea.com Stadium is covered, however adverse weather conditions may affect spectators in the first few rows.

Do I need to bring cash? Are there cash machines near the stadium?

The Swansea.com Stadium is cashless.

Any advice for fans attending the match with children or infants?

Supporters attending with young children and infants should buy tickets in the family stand and aim to arrive at the stadium as early as possible to avoid busy periods of entry. 

There are pre-match activities for children and concessions available in the concourse.
