The 2026 FAW National League Awards in association with Morgans Consult took place in Cardiff on Saturday night, with players and managers recognised across the Genero Adran Leagues.

Find out the winners below, decided by a public vote combined with an independent panel.

Genero Adran Premier Player of the Season – Katie Barker (Wrexham)

Record-breaker in the goalscoring charts, Wrexham forward Katie Barker has been a sensation in the top-flight since joining from Newcastle United last summer. 25 league goals later, she is a double winner with The Red Dragons, with her pace, clinical finishing and intelligence on the ball inevitable throughout the campaign.

Genero Adran Premier Manager of the Season – Jenny Sugarman (Wrexham)

It’s been an incredible transformation at Wrexham, with Jenny Sugarman turning the North Wales side into title winners since joining from Leicester City last summer. Her pedigree has had the desired impact on the Wrexham squad, with the Red Dragons losing just twice on their way to lifting the top-flight crown for the first time ever.

Genero Adran Premier Young Player of the Season – Lily Billingham (Cardiff City)

It’s easy to forget just how early into her career Lily Billingham is, with how established she has become in the Genero Adran Premier. The 20-year-old midfielder has ten goal contributions in the league this season, but there is so much more importance to her place in the Cardiff side than just the goals and it is why she’s recognised as a standout player in the division.

Genero Adran North Player of the Season – Tania Wylde (Llanfair United)

Former Aberystwyth Town striker Tania Wylde has proved why she’s one of the most clinical forwards in the Welsh domestic game in recent years. Joining Llanfair United last summer summer, Wylde has 18 goal contributions to her name this campaign and was a key reason for the Powys-based side finishing second in the table for a second season in a row.

Genero Adran North Manager of the Season – Jordan Parry (Connah’s Quay Nomads)

It’s back-to-back unbeaten league-winning campaigns for Jordan Parry’s Connah’s Quay Nomads. 32 points from a possible 36 saw the Flintshire side finish eleven points clear at the top of the table. This award concludes Parry’s time at the Nomads helm, after he announced that he would be stepping down after five years in charge.

Genero Adran North Young Player of the Season – Rosie Hughes (Flint Town United)

The end of an era at Flint Town United, as star midfielder Rosie Hughes departs for the US in the summer, and what an incredible addition she’s been to the Genero Adran North since the Silkwomen were promoted to tier two. Flair, goalscoring and passion in abundance, Hughes has nine goal contributions this season.

Genero Adran South Player of the Season – Esme Kilburn-Thompson (Cardiff Met)

One of the most inform strikers in Wales at the back end of 2023/24, a long-term injury kept Esme Kilburn-Thompson out of action last season. Now back on the pitch, that form has continued, and with 13 league goals to her name in the Genero Adran South, she has claimed the league’s golden boot and has been vital to Cardiff Met’s title-winning campaign.

Genero Adran South Manager of the Season – Jonathan Nash (Cardiff Met)

The drop into the second tier was unprecedented for Cardiff Met, but they’ve responded in the perfect way by winning the Genero Adran South title and the Genero Adran Play-Off in dramatic fashion to gain promotion. Jonathan Nash has lead that progression, having joined midway through last season from Hereford, and the improvement has been clear to see for many.

Genero Adran South Young Player of the Season – Ophelia Jenkins (Carmarthen Town)

The Jenkins family is one of many talented footballers. Nieve, Eloise and Flavia have all established themselves at different levels of the Welsh game. Like her sisters, Ophelia Jenkins is writing her own story. The 17-year-old attacking midfielder has ten goal contributions in 13 games, in her debut season at senior level. Formerly of Cymru U16s, Jenkins has set the Genero Adran South alight this season.
