Our goal is to deliver world-class courses for aspiring coaches, players, and referees—and we’d love for you to get involved.

Every year, thousands of new coaches complete our FAW Football Leaders course, equipping them with the skills and confidence to begin their coaching journey in junior football. Meanwhile, referees can deepen their understanding of the game, develop essential life skills, and explore opportunities to earn money through officiating.
