Growing the Game For Her
The Ready to Play partnership between the FAW and Admiral has been extended to launch a Girls Team Development Fund.
This fund will create 150 new U6–U9 girls’ teams by 2028.
After a successful initial two years of partnership, Ready to Play will now expand its reach, covering fees related to kits, registration, coach education, facility hire, and venue costs, helping clubs across Wales overcome barriers to accessing the game.
Together, the FAW and Admiral are ensuring the legacy of Cymru’s success continues to inspire, empowering girls across Wales to be Ready To Play.
