The Nomads have already confirmed their position as Christmas table-toppers with six wins from six games so far this season. In the last month, Jordan Parry’s side picked up a vital 2-0 victory away to Llandudno before storming past NFA and Y Felinheli later on in November.
Sunday will be a top versus bottom clash as Llanfair sit on just three points at the foot of the table, but they will hope to build on a 1-1 draw away at Bangor last weekend when captain Mary Bailey netted a late equaliser.
Goals from Alisha Wright, Anais Bathily and Amber Bailey earned a 3-1 win for the Nomads when the two teams last met in the Genero Adran Trophy group stage at the end of October.
NFA and Bangor have both earned their first Genero Adran North victories in recent weeks and they will hope to build on that when they meet at Ffordd Derwen Playing Fields (KO 14:00).
Braces from Jess Mills and Amy Webster helped NFA to a 4-2 win over Llanfair a fortnight ago as they continue to find their feet in the second tier. Mills is in particularly good form, with four goals and one assist in her last four matches.
Bangor grabbed their first ever win in the Genero Adran Leagues away to Airbus two weeks ago as Mia Roberts’ strike secured a 1-0 triumph, but they were unable to make it back-to-back victories when they conceded a late equaliser in a 1-1 draw against Llanfair United last weekend.
This will be the first meeting between the two clubs this season after Bangor emerged victorious in both encounters in the NWWFL last season.
