Molly Chapman scored a hat-trick when Cascade won 4-0 against Cwmbran Celtic in their most recent meeting in the Genero Adran Trophy last month.
Coed Duon and Pontardawe Town will both go in search of their first league win of the season when they meet at Aberbargoed Recreational Ground.
While both have triumphed in the Genero Adran Trophy, they each have just one point to their name from three games in the Genero Adran South.
The two clubs last met three weeks ago in the Genero Adran Trophy, with four goals from Keira Harris helping Pontardawe to a 5-2 win.
