The 2023/24 Genero Adran Trophy kicks off this weekend with the first round of group stage fixtures involving all Genero Adran North and Genero Adran South sides.
Llandudno were the big winners on the opening weekend of the league season as they triumphed 10-1 against NFA and they begin their Genero Adran Trophy campaign at home to Bangor in North Group 2.
The Seasiders reached the quarter-finals of the competition last season after producing an upset to win 2-1 away at Genero Adran Premier side Swansea City in the round of 16.
It is a competition debut for Bangor after they suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat against Rhyl 1879 on the Genero Adran North opening weekend.
The other fixture in North Group 2 sees Felinheli host Airbus UK Broughton, who were both knocked out in the group stage last season.
The two clubs had contrasting starts to the league season last weekend, with Felinheli winning 4-0 away at Llanfair United and the Wingmakers losing 5-0 against Connah’s Quay Nomads.
The Nomads reached the quarter-finals of the Genero Adran Trophy last season, beating top-flight Barry Town United in the round of 16, and they are in North Group 1 this term.
Their first group fixture comes away at NFA, who are making their competition debut and aiming to bounce back from their heavy defeat against Llandudno last weekend.
Rhyl 1879 will be hoping to build on their winning start to the Genero Adran North season when they travel to Llanfair United in North Group 1’s other game.
The Lilywhites reached the round of 16 last season before defeat to eventual winners Cardiff Met, while Llanfair were knocked out in the group stage. Josh Farmer’s side lost to Felinheli on the Genero Adran North opening weekend.

Briton Ferry Llansawel and Swansea University both made winning starts to the Genero Adran South campaign last weekend and they now meet in South Group 1.
The Reds delivered a statement of intent with an 11-0 home win over Pontardawe Town, while Swansea Uni scored a 93rd-minute winner to beat Llanelli Town 2-1.
Both clubs reached the round of 16 in the Genero Adran Trophy last season, before losing to Cardiff City and Pontypridd United respectively.
The other fixture in South Group 1 is also between two sides who earned three points in the Genero Adran South last weekend – Cwmbran Celtic and Cascade.
Newly-promoted Celtic claimed an impressive 4-2 victory over Caldicot Town and Cascade were 4-0 winners against Coed Duon.
It is a Genero Adran Trophy debut for James Kinsella’s side, while Cascade won their group last season before being knocked out by The New Saints in the round of 16.
Newly-promoted duo Coed Duon and Llanelli Town meet in South Group 2 at Aberbargoed Recreational Ground.
While it is a competition debut for the Reds, the Dragons were granted a wildcard entry last season while in tier three and finished third in their group.
Llanelli suffered late heartbreak to lose in stoppage time to Swansea University last weekend and Coed Duon were beaten by Cascade.
In the other South Group 2 match, Pontardawe Town and Caldicot Town will both be targeting a place in the knockout stage after failing to make it out of their group last season.
It was a tricky start to the league campaign for both sides, with Pontardawe losing heavily to Briton Ferry and Caldicot suffering defeat to Cwmbran Celtic.
