2025/26 JD Cymru Premier Team of the Season
Team of the Season nominees
Between the posts, the JD Cymru Premier offers three strong contenders. George Ratcliffe, Kit Margetson, and Nathan Shepperd have all been consistent.
In the full-back areas, there’s quality on both sides of the pitch. On the left, Kian Jenkins, Matty Jones, and Rhys Abbruzzese have all impressed with their balance of defensive discipline and attacking support. On the right, Danny Davies, Michael George, and Morgan Owen provide equally dependable options, each contributing at both ends of the pitch.

At centre-back, Ben Margetson, Ben Nash, Callum Sainty, Harrison McGahey, Jack Bodenham, Lewis Sirrell, and Nathan Peate have all stood out with commanding displays and defensive resilience.
In midfield, the competition is particularly fierce, with a blend of experience, composure, and creativity on display. Corey Shephard, Dan Williams, Danny Gosset, Danny Redmond, Dominic Corness, Jacob Cook, and Robbie Willmott have all played key roles for their teams in a stacked group of midfield options.
Out wide, there’s no shortage of attacking quality. Player of the Season nominee Rhys Hughes and Young Player of the Season nominee Callum West are up there, alongside Fumpa Mwandwe, Jake Phillips, Ryan Brobbel, and Sion Bradley.

Up front, the JD Cymru Premier boasts a wealth of firepower. Ben Ahmun, Harry Franklin, Ieuan Owen, Jordan Davies, Jordan Williams, Ollie Hulbert, and Tom Walters have all made their mark in front of goal.
