The New Saints have been drawn at home against Scottish League Two side East Fife in the fourth round of the SPFL Trust Trophy.

The JD Cymru Premier champions progressed past Hibernian B in round three, with goals from Ben Clark and Brad Young, after Darren McGregor’s own goal, earning a 3-0 win at Meadowbank Stadium last Friday.

The following day, Bala Town were beaten 3-0 by Queen’s Park at Maes Tegid to exit the competition.

East Fife, who currently sit bottom of the Scottish fourth tier, came from behind to claim a 2-1 victory over Albion Rovers in the third round.

The fourth round tie will be played on the weekend of 14-15 October.
