
A Disciplinary Panel of the Football Association of Wales (FAW) has met to consider the charge against Penybont FC for the Disciplinary Offence for the alleged breach of FAW Rule 38.1.1, pursuant to clause 2.6 of the FAW Discrimination Regulations.Â
It was alleged that Penybont FC supporters offended the dignity of a person or group of persons, either directly or indirectly through contemptuous, discriminatory or denigratory words at the Novira Cymru Premier European Play-Off Final fixture against Haverfordwest County AFC on Saturday 2 May 2026.Â
Following the Club’s admission of the breach, the charge was found proven and in line with the FAW Discrimination Regulations, Penybont FC are fined a total of £450.00, while one club official of Penybont FC is ordered to complete the FAW PAWB’s Challenging Discrimination in Football course.
Penybont FC may refer the matter to an Appeals Panel of the Football Association of Wales. Written notice of such a course of action must state the grounds of appeal and be submitted to FAW no later than 5pm on Thursday 6 August 2026.Â
