The winners of March’s Player and Manager of the Month awards across the JD Cymru Leagues have been confirmed.

JD Cymru Premier

Manager of the Month

Michael Wilde – Colwyn Bay

Colwyn Bay enjoyed an undefeated month in March as the side claimed seven points from their three league games. The only goal the side conceded was in their 3-1 win over Barry Town United before champions The New Saints were beaten. Michael Wilde’s side ended the month with a 0-0 draw at Penybont.

Player of the Month

Cameron Ferguson – Bala Town

The Scottish forward was in fine form for his side in March with three goals in as many games. Ferguson earned his side a point in a 1-1 draw with Flint Town United before scoring the winner in the 1-0 victory over Haverfordwest County and then added the consolation goal in the 2-1 defeat to Cardiff Met.

JD Cymru North

Manager of the Month

Jordan Hadaway – Llandudno

It was another perfect month for league leaders Llandudno as Jordan Hadaway’s side registered victories over Holywell Town, Guilsfield and Caersws. The side only conceded one goal in the process and are now favourites to lift the league title with three games remaining.

Player of the Month

Haci Ozlu – Gresford Athletic

The 24-year-old has enjoyed an excellent season for Gresford Athletic this season and continued that form by scoring in every game for his side during March. Ozlu was on target against Holyhead Hotspur, Newtown, Ruthin Town and Mold Alexandra, taking his total for the campaign to 10 league goals.

JD Cymru South

Manager of the Month

Lee Surman – Afan Lido

Four wins from six games in March has moved Lee Surman’s Afan Lido away from the bottom positions in the table. Impressive victories against Ammanford, Llantwit Major, Treowen Stars and Aberystwyth Town were interrupted by defeats to Caerau Ely and Cambrian United.

Player of the Month

Jack Bevan – Llantwit Major

It proved to be an excellent month for the 21-year-old as he scored six goals in as many games. Jack Bevan was on target in victories over Treowen Stars, Pontypridd United and Cwmbran Celtic, and also in defeats to Ammanford and Afan Lido. Bevan scored twice in the 4-0 win away to Pontypridd.
