An Appeals Panel of the Football Association of Wales (FAW) has met to consider the two charges against Cardiff Met University FC for Disciplinary Offences for the alleged breaches of FAW Rule 61(B) and Cymru Premier Rule 14.1.
It was alleged that the Club fielded an ineligible player in their JD Cymru Premier fixture against Bala Town FC on 3 February 2024.
Both charges were found proven and in line with Cymru Premier Rule 14.1, the Club are deducted three (3) points from its playing record in the Cymru Premier for season 2023/24 with immediate effect.
Cardiff Met University FC may refer the matter to Independent Arbitration.
