Cardiff Met University FC have been charged with two Disciplinary Offences for the alleged breaches of FAW Rule 61(B) and Cymru Premier Rule 14.1.
On 3 February 2024, the Club played Abe Edwin Davies-Small in a Professional Competition, namely the JD Cymru Premier 23/24 Phase Two Championship Conference, when he was not eligible, not having been first registered with the Association to play for the Club during one of the Professional Registration Periods applicable to the 2023/24 season.
Cardiff Met University FC have until Tuesday 2 April to respond, stipulating whether the Club admits or denies the charge(s) and whether they wish to waive their right to a private hearing before a Disciplinary Panel.
