The Nomads host Penybont this weekend, with Holmes predicting his former side to hand their south Wales visitors a first defeat of the campaign.

The ex-defender is also predicting a win for The New Saints, who are on home turf against Barry Town United on Saturday.

Cardiff Met have made an unbeaten start to the season, but Holmes believes that the Archers will fall to defeat away at Newtown on Friday night.

Briton Ferry Llansawel are still searching for their first win in the top-flight, but Holmes thinks that their wait will go on with a defeat away at Caernarfon Town.

Bala Town have lost back-to-back games going into this weekend, but Holmes is predicting the Lakesides to return to winning aways against Aberystwyth Town at Maes Tegid.

Finally, Holmes thinks that the only draw of the weekend will come at the Essity Stadium between Flint Town United and Haverfordwest County.
