A Disciplinary Panel of the Football Association of Wales met to consider the claim of wrongful dismissal submitted by Aberystwyth Town FC for the sending-off of Jack Thorn in the JD Cymru Premier fixture between Pontypridd United and Aberystwyth Town FC on 9 April 2023.
After carefully considering the written and video evidence submitted, the Panel decided that the Claim is successful and the standard punishment is to be withdrawn. Jack Thorn shall no longer be subject to a one (1) match suspension in the JD Cymru Premier.
