A Disciplinary Panel of the Football Association of Wales met on Monday 25 September to consider the claim of wrongful dismissal submitted by Cardiff Met University FC for the sending-off of Eliot Evans for denying a goal or an obvious goal-scoring opportunity (DOGSO) in the JD Cymru Premier fixture between Cardiff Met University FC and The New Saints FC on 22 September 2023.
After carefully considering the written and video evidence submitted, the Panel decided that the Claim is dismissed and the decision of the referee stands. Eliot Evans is therefore subject to a two match suspension in the JD Cymru Premier.
