The campaign gets under way on Sunday 3 September 2023 and concludes on Sunday 24 March 2024.
Reigning champions Briton Ferry Llansawel, who were beaten in last season’s promotion play-off by Wrexham, begin the season at home against Pontardawe Town.
Cascade were runners-up last season and are also on home turf on the opening weekend as newly-promoted Coed Duon make the trip to Penpedairheol.
Also making their Genero Adran South debuts are Cwmbran Celtic and Llanelli Town. They both begin the season with home fixtures, welcoming Caldicot Town and Swansea University respectively.
