The draw for the 2026/27 Genero Adran Trophy knockout stage will feature as part of the FAW Cup Draw Show at 8pm on Thursday 8 October, broadcast on Cymru Football TV.
In a change from previous season, the entire knockout stage bracket will be confirmed in the same draw, allowing clubs to plan their potential route to the final on Sunday 7 March 2027.
The eight Genero Adran Premier clubs enter the competition at this stage and are joined by the eight tier two clubs who progressed from the group stage. In another change from previous seasons, seeding has been removed and it is an open draw – meaning that anyone can play anyone.
FAW Cup Draw Show
Thursday 8 October, 8pm
In the Round of 16, clubs will be drawn into eight ties, with the first club drawn in each tie designated as the home team. Each tie will take its place in the bracket. In the Quarter-Finals, the winners of Tie 1 will face the winners of Tie 2, the winners of Tie 3 will face the winners of Tie 4, and so on.
That fixed pathway continues through the Semi-Finals to the final, with no further draws. For the Quarter-Finals and Semi-Finals, the first-listed club in each tie will be designated as the home team.
