Genero Adran North champions Connah’s Quay Nomads made it two consecutive league campaigns unbeaten with a 5-0 victory away to Berriew on Easter Sunday.
The Nomads were left frustrated in the opening 25 minutes as Elana Harley and Aimee Redfern had goals ruled out after Phoebe Ellis’ corners which led to both finishes were already out of play, while Alisha Whitehead-Hughes struck the crossbar from the penalty spot following a foul on Meg Andrews inside the area.
However, Whitehead-Hughes made amends for her missed penalty and put the visitors ahead on 37 minutes with a stunning strike over Hester North from the edge of the area for her first league goal of the season.
Andrews also found the net with a dipping effort from distance, while substitutes Meg Galeandro and Libby Mackenzie added their names to the scoresheet with clinical finishes inside the area.

The champions’ five-star performance was complete in stoppage-time as Galeandro raced onto Evie Chard’s lofted free-kick and sent a deft lob over North for her brace. Jordan Parry’s side could then enjoy celebrating with the title for the second season running as their unbeaten league run reached a staggering 29 matches.
Felinheli ended their campaign with back-to-back wins for the first time this season following their 4-2 triumph over Llandudno at Cae Seilo.
Shannon Jade-Jones set up Alaw Huws twice and scored a goal of her own as Felinheli opened up a three-goal cushion by the 56th minute. Huws completed her hat-trick just seven minutes later to bag her sixth goal in three games and give the hosts comfort.

Maddie Williams and Olivia Rigby pulled two goals back for Llandudno, but it was ultimately too late for the Seasiders to complete a comeback. Felinheli finish the campaign in fourth-place having scored a minimum of two goals in each of their six home games, while former two-time champions Llandudno finished fifth.
Flint Town United secured a third-place finish with a 2-1 victory over runners-up Llanfair United at the Essity Stadium.
Llanfair’s top scorer Tania Wylde bagged her 12th goal of the season to give her side an early lead, but Flint were quickly level thanks to Shannon Hobbs’ strike.
The Silkwomen completed their comeback five minutes before half-time as Ruby Hastings scored her first goal in almost three months by tapping home from Rosie Hughes’ low cross. Rebecca Eagles’ side saw out the second half to emerge victorious, while Llanfair captain Mary Bailey was shown a straight red card following the full-time whistle.
