Genero Adran North round-up | Felinheli move second with fifth consecutive win

Felinheli moved up to second in the Genero Adran North table with a 4-1 victory over NFA at Cae Seilo.

The visitors took a surprise lead through Mel Peake’s first league goal of the season in the 12th minute, but Felinheli responded perfectly as goals from Ffion Williams and Jenna Allsup completed a turnaround by half-time.

The same two players were for on target again in the second half for Aaron Jones-Evans’ side, who secured a fifth consecutive victory.

Llio Davies’ double inspired Rhyl 1879 to their first victory of 2024 as they triumphed 3-2 over Llanfair United.

In an entertaining opening half hour at Belle Vue, strikes from Davies and top goalscorer Sade Benjamin in the space of six minutes cancelled out Harriet Davies’ early opener for the visitors.

Davies completed her double in the first minute of the second half and while Emma Williams swiftly pulled a goal for Llanfair, they could not find an equaliser as the Lilywhites held on to claim all three points.
