Penybont climbed up to third in the Genero Adran South table following an impressive 3-1 away win over Pure Swansea.
After a goalless first half, Cerys Jones gave Penybont the lead just before the hour mark but Pure Swansea were back on level terms 10 minutes later as Annabel Stokes scored from the penalty spot.
Just as seemed as though the two sides would share the points, Jones restored Bont’s lead in the 89th minute before substitute Mae Taylor sealed victory in stoppage time.
Bangor claimed their first Genero Adran North victory since the opening day of the season as they won 2-1 away at Berriew.
It was two first half goals that proved decisive for Bangor, as Holly Owen-Roberts and Milly-Jessica Lowe found the net to put the visitors in control at the break.

Bangor were denied a clean sheet as Catrin Hopkins pulled a goal back for Berriew late on, but it was only a consolation as the visitors claimed all three points.
Felinheli handed second-place Llanfair United their biggest league defeat since October as they triumphed 4-1 at Mount Field.
Emma Williams put Llanfair ahead on 27 minutes, but Alaw Huws scored for Felinheli seven minutes before the break to make it all square at half-time.
Huws grabbed her second of the afternoon to put her side in front just before the hour mark, while Catrin Evans doubled the lead soon after. Jenna Tugwell-Allsup sealed victory in stoppage time with her fifth goal of the season.
