The Nomads have won both of their league matches so far this season to sit top of the league on six points, while the Lilywhites opened with a 1-0 win over Bangor before drawing 1-1 with NFA.
The fixture comes just a week after the two clubs met in the Genero Adran Trophy group stage, when Elana Harley scored four in an emphatic 8-0 victory for the Nomads.
Llandudno won 10-1 against NFA on the opening weekend of the campaign before their last league game against Felinheli was postponed, so they will be keen to keep their winning run going when they host Airbus UK Broughton.
The Wingmakers have taken one point from their opening two matches and also earned a draw against Bangor in the Genero Adran Trophy group stage last weekend.
Llandudno were victorious in all three meetings between the two sides last season without conceding a goal.
Bangor are the only side in the Genero Adran North yet to pick up a point this season and they travel to Llanfair United this weekend.
The newly-promoted outfit have been beaten by Rhyl 1879 and Connah’s Quay Nomads in the league, but did claim a 1-1 draw away at Airbus UK Broughton in the Genero Adran Trophy last weekend.
Llanfair’s last fixture was also a 1-1 draw away at Airbus, before their Genero Adran Trophy clash against NFA was postponed last weekend.
NFA and Felinheli have both had postponed fixtures in recent weeks so will be eager to find some rhythm when they meet at Ffordd Derwen Playing Fields.
NFA earned their first point since promotion when they drew 1-1 away at Rhyl 1879 a fortnight ago, a strong response to their heavy opening day defeat to Llandudno.
Meanwhile, Felinheli won 4-0 on the opening weekend of the Genero Adran North campaign but will be hoping to bounce back from their 5-0 defeat to Llandudno in the Genero Adran Trophy last weekend.
