Swansea City return to the Swansea.com Stadium for the first time in almost a year when they host Wrexham in the Genero Adran Premier on Sunday (KO 17:10, live on S4C).
The Swans will be aiming to bounce back from their 1-0 defeat to Cardiff City in the south Wales derby a fortnight ago, which saw them slip to third place and six points behind the Bluebirds.
On the same afternoon, Wrexham overcame Cardiff Met 3-0 to leapfrog Swansea into second place. The Reds have still only lost once since promotion from the Genero Adran North, but will be without top scorer Rosie Hughes following her red card at Cyncoed.
The reverse fixture between the two clubs was a chaotic 3-3 draw at The Rock on the opening weekend of the season when Katy Hosford scoring a 94th-minute equaliser for Swansea after Hannah Keryakoplis had put Wrexham 3-2 ahead in the 89th minute.
With the two teams directly below them going head-to-head, Cardiff City will hope to extend their lead at the top of the Genero Adran Premier table when they host Cardiff Met (KO 14:00).
The Bluebirds are still unbeaten this season, having picked up 19 points from 21 available, and have won their last seven matches in succession across league and cup.
Meanwhile, Met sit sixth in the table with eight points after winning only two of their opening seven games but victory on Sunday could see them move into the top half if other results go their way.
Megan Bowen scored twice in a 3-1 win for Cardiff City in the reverse fixture at Cyncoed Campus on the opening weekend of the season.
Barry Town United will aim to achieve back-to-back wins for the first time this season when they host Aberystwyth Town (KO 14:00).
Stevie McCarthy-Campbell’s team won 3-0 away at Pontypridd United a fortnight ago to move six points clear of relegation danger.
After going unbeaten in their opening four matches of the campaign, Aberystwyth have lost their last three in succession to slip to fifth in the table.
The Seasiders were victorious when Barry visited Park Avenue on the opening day of the season, with Lily Moralee-Hughes netting a brace in 3-0 win.
