The Genero Adran Trophy round of 16 draw will be broadcast on RedWall+ at 8pm on Thursday 9 November.
Following the final round of group stage fixtures on Sunday, four teams from the Genero Adran North and four teams from the Genero Adran South booked their spots in the knockout stage.
They will be joined in the draw by the eight Genero Adran Premier clubs, including the reigning champions of the competition Cardiff Met. The Genero Adran Premier clubs will be seeded in the draw and cannot face each other.
The round of 16 fixtures will take place on Sunday 3 December.
