It’s semi-final time in the Genero Adran Trophy on Sunday, after both ties were postponed due to frozen pitches last weekend.
Swansea City, who were beaten 5-1 by Cardiff City in last year’s final and are the only former winner left in this season’s competition, travel to a Wrexham side who have reached this stage for the first time.
The Swans are the only side yet to concede in the Genero Adran Trophy this season, winning 4-0 and 5-0 against Llandudno and Cascade respectively so far, but they have lost their last two league matches against The New Saints and Briton Ferry Llansawel.
After a 4-1 win over Cwmbran Celtic in the Round of 16, Wrexham booked their semi-final spot with a 3-1 victory over Barry Town United before beating the Linnets 4-3 in the league a week later.
The last three meetings between the two sides have finished 3-2 in Swansea’s favour, with Jamie Sherwood’s team triumphing at the Racecourse in the Genero Adran Premier earlier this season.

In the other semi-final, current Genero Adran Premier leaders The New Saints host Briton Ferry Llansawel at Park Hall.
This will be TNS’ fourth consecutive appearance in the semi-finals, but each previous occasion had ended in defeat. However, after knocking out current holders Cardiff City in the quarter-finals, before beating Swansea City in the league a week later, Shauna Duffy’s side will be full of confidence heading into this weekend.
However, Briton Ferry also go into the tie following back-to-back wins over the Swans and the Bluebirds, which took them up to third in the Genero Adran Premier table. A late own goal earned the Reds a 1-0 win over Aberystwyth Town in the quarter-finals and they are now aiming to reach the final for the first time.
Molly Havard cancelled out Alison Witts’ opener when the two sides played out a 1-1 draw in the league in October, with Ferry playing the final half hour with defender Olivia Kett-White in goal after Courtney Young was sent off.
